Bel hotel 4 étoiles Ménage limite sanitaires (wc)
La réception nous avait compté 2 fois le prix de la chambre! Le ménage des sanitaires notamment la cuvette des toilettes avec du sang non nettoyé limite pour un 4 etoiles ! Sinon grande suite agréable un peu austère côté décoration. En revanche le jardin est très agréable pour le petit déjeuner. Très reposant.

bon hotel
nous avions demande avant de reserver d 'avoir plus tot la chambre car nous arrivions par le train le matin on nous a laisse entendre que ca serait possible mais bien sur avoir reserve la chambre ne serait prete qu a 14 h , enfin apres chambre d'un certain style qui peut plaire ou pas plaire , personnel assez poli , un peu loin du centre tout de meme , hotel assez joli quand meme

Notre superbe séjour à Aruntara Boutique Hotel
Très bon emplacement riverside bien qu'un peu éloigné du coeur de la ville, repos et détente après une journée bine chargée de découverte / shopping. Magnifique petit hôtel, design parfait mais pas "too much", ambiance zen. Un personnel très agréable et aux petits soins, très disponible, à l'écoute et au-delà de tout très souriant. Du pur bonheur ! Un service également très professionnel et réactif. Belle piscine malheureusement peu ensoleillée. Très bon petit déjeuner malgré un choix un peu restreint. Par dessus tout, ce qui nous a le plus marquées est la gentillesse, le sourire et la disponibilité du personnel de l'hôtel. Merci, merci, merci. Hâte d'y retourner.

Très agréable séjour... le personnel est agréable et efficace... louez un scooter dès votre arrivée 30' après il vous est livré au même tarif qu'en boutiques... idem pour louer une voiture à la journée... Piscine et situation sur la rivière calme et très agrable Un vrai bonheur 5 minutes en scooter du marché de nuit et du quartier rive gauche de la rivière Ping... 10' de la vieille ville...

Petit boutique hotel design
Nous étions au 3 ième étage (chambre 315) ce qui etait un avantage concernant le bruit. Très bon service. Hotel design très symphat au bord de la rivière, chambres superbes. seul bémol hotel un peu éloigné du centre ville. 20 minute à pied du night bazar et 30 minutes de la vieille ville. ou 5 minute en tuk tuk (50 à 60 bth)

Hotel Aruntara - Chiang Mai - cadre très agréable
L'ameublement de l'hôtel est moderne et cosy. Le personnel est très attentionné. Les chambre sont grandes et propres. C'est agréable de retrouver cette petite oasis calme après les visites des temples de Chiang Mai. Le cadre au bord de la rivière est très soigné. L'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre, mais les tuc tuc sont toujours disponibles. La nourriture du restaurant est très bonne, mais le service a été un peu lent. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.

Hotel merveilleux, bon 4*, surtout au prix promo hotels.com, service génial, endroit calme, beau et agreable a côte de la rivière. A bonne distance du centre ville, seul reproche, pas énormément de tuk tuk devant l'hôtel.. mais en marchant tout est faisable depuis aruntara. petit plus : internet gratuit à la réception

Lovely quiet and comfortable hotel overlooking the river. Enjoyed the breakfasts and appreciated being within walking distance of the old city. Room decor a little dated though, quite dark! Also beds were on a raised platform, posing quite the tripping hazard when staggering around at night to go to the loo! But aside from this, really enjoyed our stay

施設の使い勝手は良かったのですが、一つだけ、バスタブとベッドルームが引き戸一つで仕切られていて、入る時に水はねが気になってしょうがなかった。バスタブにもシャワーが付いているのですが、ベッドにシャワーの水がかかりそうで使いにくかったです。 スタッフの応対は親切で申し分なし。 街の中心部から離れているのでそれはちょっと不便でした。

Cosy, comfortable, but far from the centre
Comfortable stay with helpful and pleasant staff. A nice view during breakfast next to the river. However, it’s a little far from the centre. A shuttle bus service makes up for this.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon as well as his birthday. The staff really went out of there way to make us feel extra special; roses around the room and a cake on my husbands birthday. Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well as the scenery being right next to the river. Great boutique hotel experience. 👌

The hotel is very clean and the staff is ver friendly. There is free bike for rental. The location is not bad and there is shuttle to and from the airport. Will recommend this hotel to friends.

The location on the river was nice. Price was very reasonable. Quiet - “Zen” atmosphere. Breakfast was good. Some staff were gracious, welcoming and helpful (especially the front door security guard. He was an angel). Rooms are old and need major work. The dinner we had was awful and atmosphere uncomfortable (hot, mosquitoes, etc.) - indoors! One morning we came down to breakfast and several tables had bugs crawling all over them. Our spa appointments were messed up - granted we asked to change times but the whole thing was a disaster. Staff apologized and offered a “fix” that in no way worked with our needs or schedule. TV and beds were a joke. Communication with the staff was not good. The charge for a shuttle to the airport changed depending on who was manning the front desk. We did get a free ride to the Sunday market but we just got dropped off with no directions or info regarding where we were or which way to go. We would not recommend this property.

Hi Expedia I have bad experience with this booking because the room description clearly gives detail the bathroom and bathtub. Unfortunately, I got room without bathtub. I asked staff, she explained the rooms double bed with bathtub are booked. Very disappointed and unhappy. She can fix this by dirty solutions connect the twin beds for bathtub room. I hate when I paid for what I did not expect, ruin my trip... The hotel clarified that the Chinese group earlier booked specific the rooms with bathtub. Well, I would appreciate you better improve option select within room (1) twin beds (2) double also the detail specific with that room. No more excuse and confusion. In here, i cannot make attached image here.

洒店位置稍為不近夜市要座車出入，喜歡幽靜環境人士可選擇，早餐簡單選擇不多，員工有禮貌。 Spa地方很小，但有水準。 房間浴室內瓷磚有很多污跡，洗澡時冷熱水不穩定，忽冷忽熱！每天洗澡都令人感到煩厭。這點另人極度不滿！請有待改善！

The hotel is good, really friendly staff, especially is the man who works outside of the door, and when I went out to go through the street, he always takes me to go through be carefully. Also the room serves is good. There is a garden near by the river with a great view. The location isn't on the center of the city. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city centre.
