It was our pleasure to host you recently and I appreciate you taking the time to outline your concerns. Please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you experienced, and rest assured that I am taking all the necessary actions to improve our services to meet the high expectations of our valued guests.
With regards to the room issue you raised, we do our utmost to ensure that guests enjoy a peaceful stay and good night's sleep. As our resort is situated in a prime central city location which means the presence of urban traffic, we offer all guests ear plugs on request.
For the noise you experienced from other guests, again please accept my deepest apologies and rest assured that I am investigating ways to address guest behaviour so that our discerning clientele are not disturbed and can enjoy our resort’s tranquil riverside atmosphere to the fullest.
In response to room view, kindly note that we have no intention of misleading our discerning guests and are doing our utmost to clearly state the differences of room type and accommodation amenities. I thank you for bringing this matter to our attention so that we can improve our information to clearly communicate the unique appeals of the property.
I would suggest to never hesitate to raise such issues in future with the team while you are staying with us. I have no doubt we would have done everything possible to potentially rectify the situation either by allocating another room to at least provide some option. We are always here to do our best to assist.
