Super services, mais quartier trop bruyant pour la qualité de l’hotel. Dommage car le coin piscine et restau extérieur sont top, mais vraiment pollués à cause du bruit (situé devant un rond-point très fréquenté)

Even though I faced issue with flies and mosquitoes in the room, they were very quick to change my room. A very helpful staff who went out of their way to give me meals even after the lunch time had run out.

It’s not a hotel it’s a “Motel”
It was horrible!!!! Pathetic service…. The hotel claims to have 24 hour room service but they don’t have any items available except for tea/coffee and then they have the audacity to tell me I cannot use delivery services to get some grub!!! Ramada might have been a good hotel earlier but trust me right now it’s just as bad as a ”motel” … you people should be ashamed to call your self part of the Wyndham group!!!

Not very happy
I asked for 2 single beds . The room they gave us first was very nice. But when they changed the room for the bed they gave us a terrible room . We asked for towels multiple times and no one came .

インドのゲストハウスの無愛想さに慣れてきたなかでの滞在だったので、日本のホテルのような扱いを受けた時は感動しました(笑)英語があまり得意でない私にもわかりやすく説明してくれ、有意義な滞在にすることができました。朝食ビュッフェも洋食に加えインドらしい料理も出てきて、非常に楽しめました。

Just OK.
There was this young fellow who was at the travel desk on the 23-Mar evening who helped to arrange a car and helped me to pick up a cake - this chap was exceptional 10/10. The rest of the stay required patience as the first room I received had a strange smell that emanates from the local river and the hotel manager immediately made the room change. The second room has mosquitoes and once again the hotel manager was at hand to help repellent. Both days of my trip were missing face towels so had to use the hand towel for a shave. The outside dining / drinks area called the walk is well presented but sadly the local river smell was overwhelming and the constant presence of mosquitoes was irritating. Should you use the hotel cars then expect to pay international rates otherwise use Uber that are readily available. The dinner buffet is well presented and tastes good 5/5. Should it have not been for the mosquitoes and the smell from the river I would have given this a 4/5 but sadly will give it a 3/5.

1. They say it’s a Business class hotel but would only WiFi for two devices ... something I never heard off in any similar price range hotels 2. When asked for plate and spoon , I was told it will be charged . I don’t mind paying ... the idea of service is missing . 3. We were given old rooms despite the multiple requests . 4. Over all experience is not worth the money .
