Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses etoiles En plus ils n'hésitent pas à laisser une rave partie se dérouler dans l'établissement jusque 4h du matin avec la musique à faire trembler les murs et fenêtres des chambres jusqu'au dernier etage

Hôtel assez luxueux où il partent du principe que si vous venez d'Europe vous avez énormément d'argent, dixit le vendeur de la boutique. Nous avions réserver une chambre pour 3 ( 2 adultes et 1 enfant) au final juste un grand lit pour dormir a trois et au final ils ont essayé de nous facturer un lit supplémentaire.

Le bâtiment est vieillissant, et la chambre que j'ai eu donnait sur l'intérieur du bâtiment (hall d'accueil). Sinon c'était calme et proche de l'aéroport, mais pour ce prix j'essaierai un autre hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Chennai.

The location of the hotel is perfect. 10 mins drive from the airport and 20 minutes or less to city center. I am a Platinum elite member and since our checkout was 11:00, we requested a late check out at 4pm with no problem. I was also provided with an upgrade to an executive suite which felt like a true presidential suite. The room is very clean and comfortable. Upon arrival, we were shown the suite and the property facilities. The experience of staying here was exceptional and I would definitely stay again next time in Chennai!

They updated the lobby to look great. But, the bucks stopped right there. The rooms are dated, very dated, like they are from 70s or 80s. Can't complain for the price paid.

convenient location for airport, very helpful staff. Breakfast was crowded, no table available so had to take to my room. there was a lot of dust in the room/ bathroom, carpet hadnt been hoovered.

I didn't particularly enjoy my stay there. I found bugs in the bed and the pillow covers were not clean. The restroom was also unclean, with mold visible in various places. I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay. Before checking out, I even complained to the receptionist, but he seemed unconcerned and simply wanted me to leave. The food (buffet) was enjoyable, and the staff were friendly. However, I would not rate this hotel higher than 1 points.

The control panel for aircond and lighting was not working. Some lights in the room were not working The sound system in the TV is not working. Nothing was done despite reporting. Food is good both at the cafe and room service I think the hotel should consider spending money to do some repair and upgrade work

Breakfast was excellent. Except breakfast rest everything is not good, rooms are very old and dusty, broken toilets, etc., need refurbishment. It is not near to 4 or 5 star property. Anyhow staff was very good and very friendly, even went a head to change the room and show around some other rooms for us as a option to move. But unfortunately the rooms they have offered in the wing is all very old and not very good. The housekeeping staff mentioned that the rooms are better in the other wing but it was too late to go back and request once again to change the room to other wing, etc.,

Heard a lot about this hotel and because. Booked this as it was near to hotel . The hotel rooms were good and clean . But … the room was full of mosquitoes at night.I couldn’t sleep the whole night because of this and the ac itself was hardly cooling the room . So I was not able to cover myself too . Overall it was a terrible experience I personally had and I was waiting for morning to check out .
