The lobby and bar area is very pretty with real trees and very relaxing with a water fountain. The bartender was great!

The property was in a great location. We had easy access to restaurants, entertainment and public transportation. I didn’t like the very low toilets in the room and our room only had 1 chair in it; an additional chair would have been great. Other than that we had a good time!!

rooms were great front desk and shuttle drivers were great especially Mark....one mishap...a member of our party fell in the atrium dining area because a step down was not marked...she sprained her ankle...we spoke to staff about a warning on both steps (I didn't know she had fallen and after dinner I warned my daughter to be careful because of the way the tiles were it was a bit of an optical illusion...other than that it was great

Loved that it was right next to the main drag of restaurants, and shops. Unexpected fun post a long trip!

Here's what i didn't like, and maybe this is an Expedia issue rather than an Omni issue? Fir the third time in the last year or so, i was put in a corner room. Which means there are too many windows, you can"t make the room completely dark, and they have bizarre configurations that are inconvenient and unpleasant. From now on i am going to specify no corner rooms. Specifically, avoid room 701

Near the Historic District and West Main Street Restaurants. Clean and quiet with on site parking. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

The atrium is gorgeous. Saw an employee who was just married and his bride come visit the Omni and take photos and see employees who must also be friends. It was a joyful site, and it spoke well of the team atmosphere they must have at the Omni. We will definitely stay here again.

The Omni doesn't look or feel like a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star. Staff were very attentive, nice and accommodating. Room was just OK. Very basic. Nice amenities. However, at this price point, breakfast should be included - obviously it's not... Neighborhood doesn't feel safe. Too many homeless and spaced out people on every corner of the hood...

The hotel has a great location at the end of the main street shopping. We were able to walk out of hotel and walk to dining and shopping.

Everything was fine.. the only issue we had was a fire event at 2:30 in the morning on a cold cold night . We were out in the freezing cold for over an hour. Now, I’m overwhelmingly grateful it was nothing serious and we were all able to reenter our rooms but I feel there should have been some sort of apology.. offer of some kind. In any event, we will probably stay here again.
