« Terrible, dirty, uncleaned room, bathroom disgusting with a hole in the ceiling!!!, bed with hair from previous customers, does not have a net on the window, cannot open it, A/C works ar 10%, when turned off it leaked for 4 hours on the bed, hotel accepts cafe customers right under the bedrooms which talk amd laugh until 3 am every night. Will never book from this hotel or HOTELS.com will advise others not to. This was a no refund reservation for a reason. Open and deliberate fraud! »
