« Booked the condo for a 2 night weekend stay due to a volleyball tournament in yorktown. The place was like a mini vacation, the lake view was beautiful, the weather was perfect and I was able to grill some food in the patio and soak in the hot tub before bed. If my daughter has any more volleyball tournaments nearby I will 100% look for this listing first. The condo had all the necessities and the location was perfect. Volleyball is stressful and it was so nice to have this place to go to after...

« This was a lovely, well appointed condo in a gated community in the country just south of Bloomington. It has a large deck looking out onto Lake Monroe. Four of us went for the Eclipse and it was a good experience. Everyone at Hills O' Brown, the company that rents it, was very helpful and friendly. Check in was easy. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am and, overall it was quite peaceful. It was a nice place to get away from it all for a few days and I'd recommend it. »

« Great communication with the owner; he was extremely helpful when we booked another spot but for the wrong days! He came to the rescue with his new space just coming in the market. Nice amenities in the apartment- snacks and coffee, bathroom supplies, very comfy linens. Perfect location for us to access Purdue activities - a short Lyft ride to our niece’s apartment. »

He assured me it would be no problem and if I did encounter issues he would be available. We get to the property (by the way, no unit numbers on the buildings as far as I could see but it was dark so could be wrong), and the code to get into the rental is not working. I call him several times and text to no avail. I then contact VRBO who says they are...

« This was one of the cutest, cleanest, and homey VRBOs I have ever stayed in. Everything was labeled, and organized, with little fun touches and surprises. The location is beautiful, I saw deer off the deck multiple times. The property manager is very communicative and helpful. I would absolutely stay again. »

« This stay exceeded our expectations. So much room to spread out and relax. The private balcony with comfy patio furniture was absolutely perfect for a day outside watching for the solar eclipse. Clean, cozy furniture made for a great time indoors as well. The added garage to use with bikes inside for the nearby bike trail was the cherry on top. « We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again. »

« Everything was great between the space, location, and room. The only complaint that I could make was it that the water pressure in the bathroom could have been a little better. But that is the only negative thing that I can think of. Very spacious. »

« We enjoyed this stay and were grateful for the proximity to Eagle Creek Park. Slight smell of smoke as you entered the building, but that disappeared once we entered our unit. Kitchen is outfitted for light cooking. 3 Smart TVs was a plus. Beds are comfortable and soft. Good communication with our host. »

« Awesome location right in the heart of Arts district. Can walk to so many restaurants and shops or just people watch near the Monon trail. We loved the close proximity to the CoHatch where we were attending a baby shower. As listed, there are two flights of stairs in the condo but as long as you don't mind that it was perfect. »
