No air conditioning, but it was cool so we didn't have an issue with the house being warm. Owners responded quickly when we reached out with a question. Clean. »

« The Cottage was very beautiful, clean, modern & well decorated. The hosts maintained an open line of communication prior to and during the stay when needed. The welcome basket was very thoughtful and there was a lot of cookware and hygiene supplies available for use. However, we had difficulty with the Internet connection and consistency as only a few guests were able to connect while others weren’t. Lastly, the bed mattresses were too firm and uncomfortable. »

« We had an excellent stay, five stars all around. Firewood and lighter fluid are provided, chairs to take by the beach. There is a Keurig machine FYI. There were no issues with the blinds, there are instructions on how to use them; we were concerned about that because of past reviews. We were able to check in early. Beautiful location, beautiful beachfront, and the house was clean and cozy and charming. »
