Hôtel bas de gamme propreté douteuse chambre triste pas possible de prendre petit déjeuner personnel inexistant pour le même prix on trouve 100 fois mieux dans le reste des Philippines

Un cauchemar
Très mauvais hôtel, complètement délabré, la salle de bain n'a même pas de douche qui fonctionne. La fenêtre de la chambre avait des carreaux cassés d'où entrait des cafards.. Le cauchemar, c'était sale, même les draps étaient tachés et troués. La personne à l'accueil était incroyablement antipathique et dans l'hôtel des messages insultants étaient disséminés ici et là (ex: don't be a pig, wash the floor of the bathroom before you leave) Un seul conseil, fuyez! Les sièges de l'aéroport valent mieux que ça!

Cebu Guest House : à éviter
Pas du tout à la hauteur : c'est une mauvaise auberge de jeunesse. Rien à dire sur le principe si il est clair mais il est présenté comme un vrai hôtel avec des vrais services. C'est plutôt sale, pas du tout accueillant, et très, très bruyant, le personnel lui-même prenant part à ce bruit ! Le pire endroit où je sois passé aux Philippines.

Not so good, when I booked room, I was told I would have an eight bed, bunk beds & picture of room shows many beds, I was given a room with one bed for 3 adults & two children ages (6 & 2) no towels no soap for shower, one adult slept on floor due to Only one bed. My family stayed in another hotel the next two nights

깨끗하고 조용한 친절함 가득한 곳
큰 도로가에서 1분정도 안으로 들어가야하는 번거로움이 있으나 새건물(2015년 오픈)에 친절한 직원(그때그때 요구사항 다들어주고, 고장난 캐리어도 무료로 수리해주고, 조식도 호핑간다고 포장해줌)들때문에 더 좋았던 곳!! 외국인이 많이 머무는 곳이라 가격도 훌륭하도 시설까지 완벽한 곳!!강추합니다! Very nice!!!!^^

Don't Stay in this Guest house or Hostel.
It was a terrible experience. I checked-in online, and I had to make a call to the receptionist and they even had to ask me to pay again. Good thing Hotel.Com sent me a confirmation text message and I had to show to them the content. The whole place is dusty, like black dust since it is along the main road, and cobwebs were everywhere. It's wooden walls with marks of termite, some of the holes on the wall were just covered with paper and pins. Roaches flew around like flies. It was just that bad. Like really bad. Like the owners of the place didnt care anymore about hygiene and aesthetics, or even safety, it was that BAD.

Dirty
The hotel is dirty and noisy, toilets are really awful. No wi-fi, weak and noisy aircon. Far away from the airport. There is supermarket, fastfood restaurant and ATM in neighbourhood but these are only advantages. It's acceptable for a few hours to sleep but for a longer stay I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very cheap and has no comfort. so price value is ok. towels and toilettries are for free. room cleaness could be optimized. but after all, as i saidfor the quite low price, the value ratio is ok.

Was upgraded to a personal room (thank heavens) because the creed of people from all over the world that stay here are nasty; also, there is a French guy whose 'lived'at the hostel for over 6 months;doesn't shower, eats like a dog and stares at you with murderous eyes. Why the management lets him stay, I do not know. Very creepy. Surrounding area was pretty bad but hotel staff were friendly.

Hotel was well located but room was dirty there was mould on the Curtains locks dont work in the Comfort room and there is no internet connection only in the Downstairs Reception also room was infested with insects as well

Better rooms are available at 650p
Ended up paying a total of 650p per night, for the fan room I ordered with shared CR. Turns out the room had no window and no fan. It had aircon which is a bonus if you like aircon :) CR was nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. There is shared kitchen available. "Please wash your own dishes" it says there. Most people do that - except for some of the male staff at the Guest-house. 4G mobile internet is not available at this location - only outdoors on nearby streets.

가격대비 괜찮았어요..잠만 자도 괜찮다 하는 분들께만 권해요...저 같은 경우 잠만 겨우4시간정도만 자고 계속 돌아다녔거든요...샤워실은 가끔 물이 안 나와서 불편했지만 위치 괜찮았고..뭐 그럭저럭 괜찮았습니다.

設備説明にエアコンが入っていたが、実際にはファンのみで、そのファンも壊れていて使えなかった。 (暑くても平気な自分には問題なかったが) 宿の入口にオートロックが無く、フロントが不在の時もあり、外部の人の出入りが可能。 実際の所在地が、地図に示された地点より400m東だった。 無料の飲料水が無かった。 夜中の2時半まで、外の音楽がうるさかったので、耳栓をして寝た。

1番安いドミトリーはある程度覚悟が必要です。部屋に鍵はなく、個別ロッカーも鍵に限りがあります。外の音は丸聞こえ。要虫除けスプレー。格安ですが長期滞在にはお勧め出来ません。

　場所は、セブシティーの中心に近く便利です。 近くには、２４時間オープンのファーストフードレストランがあります。 迎え側には、LIGHTHOUSEというレストランがあり、リーズナブルな料金でサービスも良いです。ミネラルウォーターの自動販売機（量り売り）２５０ccが５ペソで買えるので、便利です。 クリーニングは、１回３０ペソで、乾燥後、きれいに畳んで袋に入れてくれます。 セキュリティーは２４時間、入り口で警備してくれているので、安心です。

가격이 싼 메리트 말고는 아무것도 없음
망고 에비뉴에 위치해 있어서 그런지 밤늦게 혼자 돌아다니기에는 조금 위험함. 1박에 350페소로 매우 저렴하나, 그 외에 모든 시설들이 낙후. 그나마 가드가 있어서 조금 안전해보이기는 하나 배낭여행이 아니라면 호텔을 권장하겠음.

Fint midtby's-hotel til prisen
Manglede et akut billigt sted at bo og Cebu Guesthouse havde et sted, super fint. Simpelt, dog ret kedeligt. Men hvis man bare behøver en seng og tag over hovedet, så er dette et udemærket sted. Ps. bo der ikke under et jordskælv, da væggene er papirstynde, alt sidder løst så det larmer forfærdeligt og du tror du skal dø! :) Ellers hyggeligt! Man kan tilmed leje en scooter for en dag for 500p ( 60-70 kr), det er der altså ikke mange steder i byen man kan! :)

分かりやすいホテルの場所
乗り継ぎの前泊で利用しました。市内中心部から徒歩でも移動できますが、頻繁にジープやタクシーがホテル前を通るため利用しやすいです。ドミトリーの下段を利用しましたが、室内はクーラーも効いておりベッドにカーテンも設置されており快適でした。タオル・石鹸等は準備されていませんでしたが、持参したものを利用しました。温水シャワー・便座もありました。
