The owners were friendly, positive people, and the site is simple, unpretentious, and close to the ferries to all the Venice islands, yet removed from their bustle, and tucked into surrounding farm lands on Lido. It is close to the swimmable beaches for summer goers, and the prices for their home cooked 3 course menu's, with wine and prosecco were excellent, and the quality was sublime. "A very pleasant Italian experience. Ease of transport to Venice via Punta Sabbioni (public transport and excursion boats) which is 5 bus stops (2 euros) from Ca'Savio. I highly recommend the excursion: Murano - Burano - Venezia. "

"The actual site was great. Staff were friemdly enough. Lots of hidden costs added whilst tour the air con example is €7 a day. Mobile homes are tired need renovation. No cleaner cam for 10 days then camp site tried billing us to clean it at the end. We refused has we have been cleaning it daily. Restaurants are really expensive."
