Très bruyant
Très forte odeur chimique dans la chambre. L’hôtel est très près d’une autoroute, il a était très difficile de dormir malgré le changement de chambre. Le personnel très accueillant et très sympathique est le point le plus positif de ce séjour.

Easy access to the hotel and it was convenient to travel to local attractions. Our room was large, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was good and the large eating area was pleasant and clean. All the staff was appropriately dressed, tidy, friendly, and helpful.

The room was clean and so are the common areas. One thing that I did not like was the noise from the a/c. The a/c would go on automatically and whenever it does, it would sound like a heavy machinery going off.

In my 50 reviews of different hotels on various sites, I’ve never not given a perfect review. This hotel IS NOT ADA compliment. It was a struggle for us here. It’s truly a great hotel, but please don’t come here if you have any special accommodations with service animals. We’ve never had any issue at any property until now.

We're sorry you had such a struggle during your recent stay with us. We are ADA compliant and we love service animals and we rarely have an issue with them, but unattended dogs barking and disturbing other guests are an issue that we have to deal with for the comfort of all our guests. Possibly in the future a room move might have solved your issues. Again, we apologize for the stress you incurred.

Was available. Have stayed before. Nice and clean and quiet even next to freeway. Handy to airport. Always lots of wind but who cares, close to windmills. Secure with upgrades.

Stayed for a quick 1 night stay before heading to the airport. It was clean, felt safe, and breakfast was good as far as free hotel breakfasts go (had protein options and not just a bunch of bread items).

Overall this hotel is OK... Nothing special, but OK. What I really object to is paying $300 per night and yet all breakfast "crockery" and "cutlery", together with the beverage service in the bedrooms is disposable. I know this is an American thing, but BW could take a look at Staybridge Suites, which will be my preference when available..

We had a great stay in the spacious, clean and quiet rooms. Conveniently located to dining options, Indian wells, and Joshua tree. If you have kids, the living desert zoo is close by and fun too. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and breakfast had one of the best menu options I’ve seen including hearty and healthy choices! We will definitely be back when we are in the area!

Very nice and clean property. The room was spacious. The only downside was the freeway noise. However, being very close to freeway, it has easy access for people traveling through. Not much to do around the hotel, but the Palm Springs area is very close by.
