The house was immaculate, and the pool and spa were a dream come true. We loved relaxing in the lanai and the convenient location near good restaurants. We'll definitely be back for another perfect vacation!

Family Vacation
Patrick the owner was so easy to contact and answered everything. The house is nice, what I would describe as quaint. The pool area is really nice. We loved how the kitchen window was open to counter space by the pool. Our only suggestion would be to get rid of the big tub in the main bathroom and put in a regular tub that’s more easily accessible. The small corner step used to climb into the tub/shower can get slippery. Otherwise a great house in a really nice location.

Small but mighty
The owners have turned this 2Bd, 1Ba house into an amazing vacation getaway. By adding a bunkhouse and a bath near the patio, you will find everything you need for a large family gathering. We spent every waking minute in the pool, the hot tub and enjoying the TV and outdoor living space. A beautiful fenced in yard and plastic tableware are perfect for outdoor fun. We hope to stay there again soon!

Amazing Paradise!
As described in the listing - beautiful home, modern, all of the amenities needed plus some! Pool and hottub were perfect and very relaxing. Plenty of space outside to sit and relax. Clean, organized, great location, and very close to restaurants, marina, water, beach, shops, and more. Host was very easy to work with and easy check in and check out! A+++ I want to come back again very soon!

Family vacation
My two best friends and I with our families stayed here for five nights. It was the best vacation! Stores were close by to grab food/supplies when we needed and I don't think we left the pool for more than an hour during the day. The hot tub jets didn't work which was a bummer but no fault of the owners. We would definitely come back again.

Great Getaway
We enjoyed our stay at this house! They have a beautiful pool and hot tub with nice outdoor seating. Where are you can also watch TV. Very comfortable beds in all the rooms. The kitchen is kind of small but it has a nice opening to seating outside, where you can serve other people stay in there with you. We also loved the outdoor bathroom after the kids get wet. We would’ve liked to have had one more indoor bathroom but it worked out well. Overall, we loved the house.

Somewhat disappointed w room for improvement
We have done several vrbo's in the past so we do have a basis for critique. I think this property has value but here are the areas for improvement: 1. Not everything was working: a. Jacuzzi in first floor bath....drain did not work. B outside 2nd bathroom.... shower did not work. C. Cleanliness was ok...although cobwebs on the pool screen and cushions in the pool were stained. D. Hot tub does not really have powered jets. Bunkbed area....does not really work.....it's like in the garage area as an add on but at least 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house Thx

Hi, thanks on s for letting us know about the slow drain in the tub, we’ll have a look, we’ve had this happen once before, it turned out to be hair that was slowing it down. Thanks for letting us know so we can address it. The outside shower does work, you have to pull the directional knob toward you to turn it it on. This place is cleaned professionally before each rental but those darn orbal weaver spiders work every night and make new webs in the pool cage, we have a handy extension duster that makes it easy to gather them each day. We take them outside and wipe them off into the bushes as they are helpful in catching and eat insects like mosquitoes. The cushions in the pool area do indeed have what appears to be some food and beverage stains. We have them professionally cleaned periodically and replace as necessary, kinda the nature of the beast with a rental property, but thank you for bring it to our attention so we can address it. The spa does have powered jets that’s how it heats up to your desired setting so quickly, however it is definitely not like a stand alone unit you can buy with lots of jets up and down your back, legs etc…the bunkhouse has its own stand alone air conditioner with a remote on the wall that you can change the temperature on to your desired setting. Friends Reunion
We are all friends who met during freshman year at Syracuse University. We decided to plan a friends getaway to celebrate our 50th birthdays. The property was the perfect place to come together and share this special event in our lives. We cooked and ate together, played music from our teen years, and enjoyed the pool all day. The neighbors were great, they were friendly and pleasant. The house was simply Amazing! We enjoyed all the comforts of a resort/vacation home.

Outdoor Oasis
The main reason for renting this house was the outdoor pool/spa area and it did not disappoint. When we weren’t at the beach or in town, we were in the pool. I visited with my wife, 4 kids and mother-in-law. There was plenty of room for all of us and the kids really enjoyed the bunk room. The house was smaller but honestly that was perfect for us because we wanted to be outside most of the time anyway. The outdoor area was spectacular. The kids could swim all day and when they got tired they could lounge on the couch outside. My 3-yr old loved the shallow sun-shelf area. I think it helped him ease his way in and eventually work up the courage to swim in the pool. The owner, Patrick, was amazing. Very responsive and polite. Couldn’t say enough about this place. Half hour to Sanibel Island Lighthouse Beach (HIGHLY RECOMMEND). Thank you Patrick for a great stay!

Great outdoor area
My family and I visited this property in the spring and absolutely loved the outdoor area. Having the screen porch allowed us to spend the majority of our time outside. The sun shelf was perfect for the smaller kids and the umbrella was just the right amount of shade. As one reviewer mentioned, one of the bathrooms is outside in the screened in porch area. The floor and shower area of this bathroom is pavers, like the porch. This didn't bother us, but it is good to take into consideration. The indoor bathroom has a very high tub/ shower area which is somewhat cumbersome to climb into. The home is well decorated and the furnishings make the whole home feel like a cozy vacation getaway. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. We even ventured down to the nearby park which was located by baseball fields. The Park seemed to be brand new with astroturf and a giant shade over the entire play area. This was a huge plus for the kids. Host was attentive and kind. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic Outdoor Pool Area/Living Space
The pool area is the reason we rented this property and it did not disappoint. The heated pool and spa were amazing and we REALLY enjoyed the outdoor living space/TV. Even though the house is small (we called it "cozy"), it has everything you could need. My family of three traveled with another family, so there were eight of us. The bunk room works for kids, but it is tight with no windows and no space to put luggage, etc. The kitchen's pass through window/bar area is a wonderful feature! The outdoor bathroom in the pool area worked well for all of the boys showering, while the girls mostly used the indoor bathroom. The house is well equipped with towels, linens, extra blankets, and the kitchen has just about everything you need, including two refrigerators. There were cleaning supplies, laundry soap, dish soap, trash bags, spices, cooking spray, etc. The house has Roku for TV, so we had some challenges trying to watch live March Madness NCAA basketball, but we figured out how to stream with our phones and home TV accounts. The location is perfect - centrally located and a short drive to lots of beaches/attractions. The Publix grocery and liquor store is super close and easy to get to. It is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood - we walked and ran in the area and felt very safe. I'm sure the house is being heavily used throughout this month with Spring Break, but I'd recommend a deep clean of the furniture, rugs, and floors/baseboards sometime soon. Everything is starting to show wear/stains. I'd rent again for the pool and spa and outdoor space alone! It was incredible! Thanks for a great week in the Florida sunshine!

I rated this property only ok because the pool area was very nice but the house itself needed work. The bunk room was just a portion of the garage without windows, with six bunk beds crammed which cannot meet fire codes. The patio door only had a plastic lock which was a joke in terms of protection and didn’t function half the time. The kitchen rugs were dirty and the bathroom rug and the rug in the laundry room were safety hazards because they did not have grip backs. The kitchen was missing a can opener, a tea pot and mixing spoons which we purchased and left. We also purchased and left noodles for the pool since there were none provided. Finally, several of the drawers in the master bedroom don’t function properly, the lightbulb in the lamp in the master bedroom is leaning at a crazy angle and the other lamp was not connected to an outlet. The toilet paper holder and the hairdryer in the bathroom do not function. Because of all of these issues, I would not rent this home again or recommend it to anyone else.

Awesome family get-a-way
My husband & I stayed with our daughter's family including 3 young kids, 6, 4 & not quite 2. Interior of house is much smaller than appeared in photos but amazing outdoor space was even better than as described. Kids loved jumping from hot tub to pool. Tech allowed heating hot tub with overflow to pool. Would have liked a small nook for the packnplay for our youngest. Great amenities, very high end. Older kids loved the choice of bunk beds! Would go back when all kids can do the one bedroom.

House was clean and well layed out for our family- 4 kids slept in the second bedroom and bunk bed room. Kids loved the bar area that had a pass thru window. They loved the pool and spa, getting the pool to work was challenging but the owner/property manager was very responsive. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay at the same property if we visit Cape Coral again.

Long weekend getaway
The house was exactly as the pictures show, it’s perfect for 2 families, we absolutely LOVED the pool and hot tub. Great location! Overall very pleased with our stay and would rent again. The only thing I would add is maybe a blow dryer and a pizza cutter would but great to have on site ☺️

Golf Getaway
Live up in Boston, came down to an 81 degree weekend getaway. Pretty much slept in the Pool area with the outdoor tv couch combo and the hot tub set up. Awesome spot and just what we needed with our group!

Perfect Christmas Oasis!
We had three families staying and enjoyed every minute. The outdoor space was phenomenal and everything was as described. We even found some delightful extras such as beverages and frozen foods left by other guests, and a giant inflatable bull pool toy and a pump to inflate it with. Our kids had a blast playing in the pool daily and we cooked great meals, hit up multiple beaches and relaxed! Very close to several grocery stores and had everything we needed!

A great home for a family stay
We rented this house on 24 hours notice as we chose to do a last minute get away before kids started up school. I took 3 kids and my mother for 4 nights and that was just right for the amenities and size of the house. There are two rooms that have king sizes beds and the owner also turned the garage into the “bunkhouse” which was great for young or smaller kids. There were 3 bunk beds in there with a secluded portable air conditioner which did the job just fine at 72 degrees at 90 degree external temperature. The only downside to this house is all three of the sleeping rooms share only one small bathroom which is located back by the two king rooms. There is however an external full bathroom in the lanai/pool area which works for many things, but not a perfect replacement for a second bathroom. The kitchen was great and well appointed. Anything utensil you could have asked for was there and some non-perishable type food was left for us as starter stuff which for us was great coming in late at night the first night. Not only good, but the home was stocked with enough daily needs (TP, soap, laundry needs, etc) that we barely needed anything and we basically brought it if we did need it. One other small issue, but didn’t bother us as we asked and knew ahead of time, there is no crib or pack and play. That would be a good suggestion for the owner to get in near future, We spent all of our time in the kitchen or pool area and both were extremely well appointed and kept. Pool was smaller than some I have rented in past but again for smaller kids/family it was perfect. We spent 5-8 hours a day in the pool unless we went to the beach. Great grill, plenty of pool area comfortable seating and great TV setup outside plus the earlier mentioned outside full bathroom. Location was 3 miles north of the Westin/marina and 4 miles west of the bridge in Cape Coral with anything you needed within 10 mins. For a family of 5 on a 4 night trip we could not have asked for a better setup. I never had to call the owner once for help or to report any issues which that would be a first in a VRBO. Great job and thanks for the last minute accommodations!

Fun Trip with our 2 families!
This home has been beautifully renovated and decorated. The neighborhood felt safe. The beds were comfortable.The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the 2 refrigerators! The WiFi was good. The property manager was helpful and generous. The best part was the back yard and pool! We drove to a different beach each day. Our two families has a great time!
