« Very centrally located (walking distance to the great farmers market, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc!) and easy to find and access. It’s small, as advertised, and all we needed. Very well stocked kitchen/laundry, including coffee, creamer, spices, detergent, softener. Very clean. Comfortable bed, newly remodeled bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and more, including hair ties! Well done. We’ll be back. »

« Great location for our purposes, very clean, great owner communications, liked the first floor accessibility, quiet neighborhood. A couple issues with appliances that owner handled well, a little spartan in decorating. Overall very satisfied and would rent again. »

« We were at the starfish studio for 2 weeks. ( we are from Canada) Clean, private porch in the back of the house. Pool was clean. Judy was available and she inform us about the area. « The property isn't as well kept up as in the past visits. The paver bricks need to be power washed. The grout between the pool tiles, around the perimeter of the pool, has mold. The pool could also use a hand rail installed for the aid and assistance of getting in and out. Middle aged, up to seniors are predominantly the ones who use this property however any age need this common support handle. It would also be nice to have the cement parking curbs painted and labeled to go with each labeled...
