It was good but the fold out couch had not been cleaned. There were crumbs left from the previous tenant. They also do not have an elevator which made it pretty inconvenient for my mom who struggles with stairs.

Very clean! The bed was too squishy for my liking and I suggest having an extra blanket availablein the room. Overall good value for the price.

Very uncomfortable beds
The hotel itself was very clean and kept well. The big problem we had was the beds and pillows were absolutely terrible. So if you plan on getting a bad night sleep this is the perfect spot!

Decent hotel; deplorable guest at breakfast...
The hotel was the best in town. Helpful employees. Clean facility. Could use some protein for breakfast, though. However, I will complain that one person who selfishly dominated the breakfast area television. She was sitting there at 7am and was still there at 1030am, playing Fox News for the breakfast guests. Some of the other patrons would have liked to watch the local news and weather, especially with tornado watches that came later that day. Deplorable.

Dear Guest,You reserved a double room through Expedia for 2 nights with check-in date of June 11, 2023. Our cancellation policy is 24 hrs before check-in time which means you need to cancel your reservation on June 10, 2023 before 3 pm. You did call us on the day of check-in which is June 11, 2023 at 4:30 pm. So technically you called us 25 and half hours after the cut off time, not an hour and half to cancel your reservation. (I don't think my math is that poor).Please verify our cancellation policy on www.expedia.com as well as the confirmation email which you received from Expedia. We informed you that we do charge for 1 night for last minute cancellation which you didn't like it. I didn't know that following our hotel policy and charging guest for last minute cancellation is considered as RUDE STAFF.Moreover, we can't force our stay over guests to stay in their rooms for 24 hrs and keep their vehicles parked in our parking lot for 24 hrs so that our other prospective guests like you will feel safe. As per your kind information, June 11 was Sunday evening and most of our weekend guests did check out on Sunday morning. We can't force them to stay at our hotel and not to leave for home so that guests like you will notice parking lot with full of cars. It's matter of common sense that weekend guests checks in on Friday night and checks out on Sunday morning.For your kind information, we are renting our rooms on daily basis. We don't rent our rooms on monthly, weekly or hourly basis and that is the reason why you didn't see more cars in our parking lot on Sunday evening.You should not judge a book from its cover. You even didn't enter to our property. You just called us and asked to cancel your reservation as you saw parking lot was empty. That was your decision and its not our fault to have parking lot empty. We will provide enough proofs to your credit card company, if we will receive any dispute from your end to prove our side.Have a wonderful night.

Property looks amazing since the remodel. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Love the no smoking policy for the whole hotel. Check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. Will definitely stay again.
