Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Carlton Cannes sehr genossen. Es ist ein wunderbares Hotel, sehr sauber und modern. Die Nähe zum Strand ist optimal. Besonders der Beach Club hat uns sehr gut gefallen und hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es nur sehr wenige Liegen (ca. 20) am Pool gibt, die bei gutem Wetter sehr früh für den ganzen Tag belegt waren. Leider gab es sonst keine freien Sitzmöglichkeiten oder Alternativen im Pool-/Gartenbereich, sodass wir den Pool kaum nutzen konnten.

There wasn't a cigar lounge, so we sat in the garden without heating on a winter day. Then, when we wanted to order drinks, they said they did not serve the garden. After talking to two waiters and one manager, they agreed to serve us in the garden. Our drink orders were taken but brought incorrectly. They said they would correct the mistake, but they didn't come back for an hour! We waited for an hour and then went to our room. It was a bad experience. I think they cannot provide proper service because it is winter. Additionally, the table was dirty when we arrived, and they didn't clean it. We were forced to sit at a dirty table.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel - the newly reopened Carlton is back to its iconic best. The staff and service are outstanding from arrival to departure, the hotel oozes decadence and luxury. There’s a new garden courtyard with an amazing pool. This is a 5 star luxury hotel at its finest. A stay is a must when visiting Cannes!!!

A legendary Icon in the city of Cannes, The Carlton remains a jewel after its comprehensive refurbishment a couple of years past. With every detail taken into account, the Carlton Cannes is brought back to life, hence I foresee its successful continuation for many years to come. One minor recommendation: If you are in a world recognized venue, charging for the parking is a bit out touch, likewise, knowing that certain guests arrive in exotic vehicles, a spot at the entrance or. Lose to it is highly recommended. Long live The Carlton Cannes!

We had the most wonderful experience at the Hotel Carlton. The entire staff was so thoughtful and tentative. From Alessio welcoming us to the Riviera restaurant each morning for breakfast and Yanick giving us superb recommendations at Bar 58. We were so sad to leave today - but look forward to returning very soon!!!

The service did not meet our expectation. We felt the whole experince was over priced for the service provided . It was not consistent. For instance, We had to call for our mini bar to be refilled. No one checked on us on the beach to ask if we need anything except for the last day. Some training and adjustment to the service will make it way better !

This hotel was incredible and was our favorite that we stayed at while in the French Riviera. The rooms were extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable and the location couldn’t be beat. Furthermore, the staff was absolutely beyond superb and made everything about our stay even better. From the second we arrived they were welcoming and helpful. Sylvain was particularly incredible helping on a number of different requests. He was professional, easy to communicate with and truly made our trip one that we will always talk about with scheduling dinners, his recommendations, and things to do. He was extremely enjoyable to deal with and can’t speak highly enough about him. On our travels over the years, we have been fortunate enough to stay at some wonderful hotels and the experience from this hotel matched all of them. The location to town was unbeatable and the new renovations were beautiful! We would easily stay here again on our travels back. We can’t rave about the hotel, and experience from Sylvain and other staff members enough.
