« The house is big and beautiful. Everything you want to have when you spend time in Puerto Morelos. It takes about 25 minutes to walk downtown by the Beach. Its calm and the pool is fantastic and the concierge Felix is the best kept secret in town!!! Just know that there is no air conditioning in the house. One of the room has it anytime, the other rooms have it from 8pm to 8am. No A/C anywhere else in the house but the breeze coming in is sooooo good! »

How they arranged that, I'll never know. We were travelling with three children (12, 10, 8). « One adult with mobility issues was not a problem. Main floor bathroom and bedroom with easy in/out access was great. This is a property that either requires a rental car, taxis, bicycle or a good deal of walking. We had 2 mobility scooters which easily provided transportation to shopping and local restaurants. However the beach requires either a taxi or Collectivo. The Collectivo's run frequently and will pick you up at the front gate. The draw back is they are fast and can be quite full which...

« Casa Chloe was a great place to stay in Cancun. It was convenient for our large family. Issues with one A/C unit and the oven were resolved promptly. Proximity to the beach was great, taking the beach chairs and umbrella with us several times. Kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook, and we even cooked out on the patio grill once.
