the food was good, but the room had constantly problems with the air conditioning. Pillows were small and the bed was not very much comfortable.

i liked the hotel, the staff was super friendly and at the top of their service. The variety of cocktails, the magic show and the choice of activities were great! The only point I did not like - the food quality, not always tasty, and the room service was not available at my last stay to order the food before my departure to the airport. I would highly recommend the hotel for my friends.

Un très mauvais accueil (parking comptoir pour check in), aucun upgrade. J'ai jamais reçue la bouteille de vin annoncée lors de ma réservation. La chambre reçue avait une vue sur les machines de l'hotel, je ne pensais même pas ça possible. Bruit infernal de rénovation. La propreté des lieux étaient très mauvaise de même que la sécurité, il y avait des flaques d'eau partout, personne ne ramassait, excessivement glissant. La nourriture était de très mauvaise qualité, cet hotel est un 2 étoiles pas un 5. J'ai payé beaucoup trop cher pour cet endroit. Le service à la clientèle est désastreux...

Pas de parasol pour une destination plage :(
Super déçu de cet hôtel en front de mer ne proposant aucune activités sur place. Aller à Cancun pour profiter de la plage et voir qu’aucun parasol n’est disponible sur la plage, je trouve ca très grave… Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la plage en journée car trop de soleil et pas de parasol… très petit hôtel, ce n’est pas grand du tout malgré les photos du site, la nourriture est bof, les piscines aussi… le service laisse a désirer . Les spectacles de 30 mn sont sympa Je déconseille cet hôtel

Excelente equipo de trabajo, sin duda lo bueno de este hotel es su personal que te atienden muy bien, el lugar es tranquilo y la estadia fue muy agradable, sin duda es un buen lugar. El unico inconveniente fue en la disponiblidad de las camas, yo pedi 2 individuales y me dieron una king size. Si recomiendo el lugar para disfrutar sus vacaciones.

Food options were repetitive at the breakfast buffet and dining room as well as the snack bar and cafe. Housekeeping showed up towards the end of the day which was extremely inconvenient to have them attempt to clean when you are trying to get ready for dinner. The doors to enter and exit a majority of the areas were extremely heavy, they should upgrade to automatic doors for safety. Family friendly but not much to do, would not stay here again or recommend to others.

The property was clean, beds were comfortable and friendly staff. I enjoyed the nightly entertainment & music. Buffet style, food was not hot enough, great omelettes and Pizza bar. Overall it was good for the price. Members got special treatment than non members- beware!

It was windy and the umbrellas on the beach were not installed. Administration stated that it was done for our safety, for umbrellas can fall over. At the same time all other hotels to the right and to the left had the umbrellas on the beach. Many of us were cramped by the pool, like sardines, very uncomfortable and hot.

Customer service was terrible. Our AC did not work entire vacation! When they tried to fix it it still did not work or was extremely cold without able to adjust it. Front desk staff lied that there is no manager on site to help and they are only ones in charge. They pretended to dont hear when we called from the room. When I came downstairs there was a manager on site... The person who said will coke back after looking in the room for AC never came back even we were waiting. It was terrible!!! Never gonna stay in this hotel again. We plan to come to Cancun in November again with my frienda but definitely not into this hotel. Food was also low quality - had to problem to choose anything. Very dissapointing. We travel to Mexico every year and this was our first stay in this hotel.

The staff was exceptional! Beautiful hotel and kept very clean! Th here were many dining options and many dining options. The food was excellent!! The only bad thing was both mine and my daughter’s debit cards were compromised by the shuttle drivers, they refused cash and wanted our cards. So just beware of using your cards!! Tell them all you have is cash!! Otherwise it was a great vacation at a beautiful place!!

Happened to see a couple people fall while walking back from the pool to where they are sitting and slip. You need some type of tape on the ground to protect the people from slipping. Skid plates or not exactly sure what they are called

What I love this place is the Ocean that it’s so close to the Hotel pool, I cant be in the heat that long due to my health issue. But I had a chance to go to the ocean and back to the shed quick when I needed. Foods is OK, you get what you pay. Not enough employee that’s why there’s a lot of open table in a dining in restaurants that hard to get a reservation as it’s said it’s fully booked, but when we try to go in, they did take us and there w realized not enough staff . . We stay here with my girlfriend to celebrate our 60th birthday but nothing special .

Beds pillows were hard ,room towels to old rough , lobby needs longer party time , to much old music for older crowds, bar needs an upgrade on types of liquor, restaurant food was 2- out of 10 the only thing I really enjoyed was the brick oven pizza cafe buffet in the morning , buffet dinner was to American same food almost every night , I can go on and on but that’s all I wanted to say

My wife and I stay at the GR Solaris for the first time ever. So the saying is you get what you pay for, not here. You pay a lower then other resorts, but you get high quality service, the satff is extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone in the entire resort is very attentive to yoour needs. Great food selections, great nightly shows.very clean pools. The whole facility is very clean. Special gratitude to the entire kitchen staff, Alan , and Rene, weee very friendly and professional towards all guests, and specially to my wife and me, they prepared us a special dinner the night before our departure, it was homemade ceviche, the best we wver had. Now the bartenders they know how to make special drinks, Enrique and Carlos were very knowledgeable about different preparations of drinks. Waitress Lizeth always mede sure we were never witout drinks in our hands. The whole housekeeping crew kept our room very clean and freshly looking everyday. I would recommend GRAolaris to anyone who has never been to Cancun or even if you been to Cancun and never stay there try it. Youbwont be disappointed. We are already looking ahead to make a return trip to GR Solaris again this year. Every employee at GRAolaris keeo up keep up the good work. Many thanks for an unforgettable stay.

Ok, so like all resorts they’d like to upsell once you arrive, I get it, but with two kids melting down it was a little infuriating to try to sell us some extra packages once we checked in, we thought we were getting our bags delivered to our room but we’re ushered to a desk and told we could get a feee something but only if we signed up right now, hey nothing is free and was at least twenty minutes of back and forth to just say no thank you and then be told where we could request our bag delivery. So that’s the hello. The app the app the app, ok I’m no techno phobe but I came here to get away from my phone as well, but if you want a reservation or to know anything it’s all in the web..scan the qr and all your questions will be answered..wrong. The tv channel listing just says TV, there is no paper map in your room or a book on amenities, and all reservations go live at 7:00 and are all gone by 7:00, just stare at your screen to learn anything you want to know about GR, which does not stand for great. The food was mediocre on its best day. There is zero variety, and the burgers and dogs by the pool you wouldn’t serve to your enemy. And guess what else they don’t have as part of your unlimited food and beverage selections. No sparkling wine or champagne, that’s for preferred members only. Even on Mother’s Day my wife couldn’t get a mimosa, so she complained and finally after a half hour a manager said she would send up a bottle of champagne. But they never did. Out of letters
