Le personnel est accueillant et serviable avec un pourboire c'est mieux ! Les chambres sont très bien, le nettoyage impeccable, le frigo est ravitaillé tous les jours. Les piscines sont trop petites et pas assez de transats (les gens mettent leur serviette a 7h pour la journée), la plage est une pataugeoire, pas pratique pour nager. Par contre les hamacs au dessus de la mer, c'est super agréable. Parlons de la nourriture, aux vues des commentaires nous avons opté pour cet hôtel mais une fois sur place, cela ressemblait vraiment à une cantine, pas de choix et répétitif. Jamais de frites, pas de parmesan (le gruyère reste exceptionnel), pas de ketchup/mayo/moutarde, pas de Nutella avec les pancakes du matin. Heureusement qu'il y avait les sushis (excellent) le midi et le snack (hamburger et hot dog qui reste mangeable, pas de fromage dans le hamburger et le steak ne ressemble pas au notre). Petit hôtel simple et sympa mais la nourriture reste a revoir. Il serait bien de mettre des vélos a disposition pour se promener et des adaptateurs pour charger les téléphones (obligé d'en acheter pour une semaine). Prendre le bus pour aller à la ville. Hôtel pas du tout francophone, soit tu parles anglais ou espagnol sinon pas possible de communiquer.

We had a wonderful. Vacation, but unfortunately my friend that I brought with me. Add drugs put in her drink by another person staying at the hotel. She is doing well and getting better each day. But that was very unfortunate, although it had nothing to do with the hotel of the staff. The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. They were there to our aid and helped with everything that we need. They went above and beyond. The hotel is absolutely spotless. They upgraded us to a suite. It was wonderful and I would definitely go back.

Our room leaked on the floor causing our belongings to get wet, we had no phone in our room so we had to go to the front desk for room service, our door that leads outside was broken and our bathroom smelled horrible!!!!!!!

The property was clean and had enough meal options. The drinks were always available. It was truly an all-inclusive experience. Our master suite ocean view rooms were always cleaned, towels replaced, fridge restocked. We never had to request these services. It was always done before we returned to our suite. We also enjoyed the fun activities in the hotel, it was wonderful. The karaoke, bingo game, live shows were outstanding Staff were friendly and also smiling, and willing to serve, we were amazed! We totally enjoyed our time there and we recommend Cancun Bay Resort!

The property is beautiful and they even gave us an upgrade . The main bar opens after 12:30 so that’s not good . The whole reservations for dinner thing is confusing and annoying , we went to the buffet and the person that greeted us said there were no tables and then walked off so we stood there, watching tables leave and nobody busing the tables so we stood there for about an hour, even though people were leaving right when we first got there food selection is minimal bland and there’s no salt shakers on the tables

Cancun Bay has a great beach area and pools to relax and swim in. It was very convenient location wise for us as we needed to stay close to family near another resort and it was perfectly nearby. The red bus is easy to access to get to the other places in the Hotel Zone and the staff was super nice and helpful. Some aspects of the hotel are a little outdated but it was no bother to us as we had a great time!

The biggest issue is the food. Lack of variety, and nothing was especially good. Lunch and Dinner buffets were pretty much the same things over and over all week. Fix the food, and Cancun Bay is pretty decent. The rooms were nice. Good beds, clean, large shower. "Swim Up Bar" was next to, but separate from, the main pool. So you either had to grab a waiter, or get out of the big pool to stand in a smaller pool to get a drink. The beach area was crowded by a couple large boat docks. Overall, if this is all you can afford, it's pretty OK. I think all six adults on the trip would have gladly paid more for better dining quality and options. I've been to two other Mexican all-inclusives, and Cancun Bay was by far the worst of the three.

It was a smaller hotel, without a big crowd of tourists. Nice atmosphere, good food and good service staff. This hotel has a small but very nice beach and two swimming pools. We have really good time there.

There was nothing close by, the hotel was like a motel, out beach was a loading dock for the boats. There is 4 places to eat & only 2 were open and one was just burgers and hot dogs. The food at the buffet was nasty only thing we ate was the breakfast. Spend so much money on an all inclusive and didn’t even drink there or get food there waist of money do not recommend to anyone!

Employees are not so bad especially Jordan is the best. Food is terrible. That cook needs to be replaced immediately. Some noises was going through my room and of course no one cares. Drink was excellent, Some days we will get towels but others not, balcony was not clean for all 5 days we stayed, A lot of negative things, especially food was bad taste, poor quality, bread very cheap, only one salami and one cheese every day same. We had an amazing time 😊 Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Buffet and restaurants are awesome. Beach ⛱️ was the cleanest out of all the resorts around. Mini fridge was stocked daily with water, juice, pop etc. Great entertainment and activities daily. Love the hammocks in water. Beach was quite no construction happening. The pool table is not for serious players 😒. The resort itself is gorgeous with palm trees 🌳 growing everywhere birds 🐦 🐦‍⬛ singing, fruits growing absolutely breathe taking. Thank you for allowing us to experience your beautiful resort.

Viaje con mi familia para unas merecidas vacaciones, nos recibieron muy bien por parte de recepción y botones. Las instalaciones están muy bonitas y cómodas, nos gustó la cercanía que tuvimos con algunos puntos de interés. El área de albercas fue bastante agradable, las personas de animación siempre se encargaron de darle diversión al día, los meseros que nos atendieron también muy amables y al pendiente de nosotros. En cuanto a la comida todo muy rico. La playa espectacular! Y de las más limpias de la zona, quizás un poco pequeña y la única desventaja es el musgo que crece ahí pero bastante tranquila y súper recomendable para pasar un día en calma. Creo que como sugerencia quizás sería poner algún reloj grande en el área de alberca porque luego uno pierde la noción del tiempo, como nos pasó a nosotros y casi no alcanzamos a cenar; otro es que pongan algún letrero de no tocar las boyas en la playa ya que a mi madre le picó un coral de fuego cuando se acercó mucho y tuvo mucho dolor toda la tarde y por último poner teléfonos de las habitaciones, desconozco si solamente fue en la de nosotros pero si ocupábamos algo, como agua o alguna toalla extra, debíamos ir hasta recepción para solicitarla. Fuera de eso, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. Felicidades equipo!

Location is great, I didn’t like the hotel room , shower was broken, toilet sink is clogged, toilet clogged, room smells nasty.all 4 of us have diarrhea, two of us have to stay in the room the second and third cuz we are very sick to go out

Está bien si solo vas a descansar, no tiene buenas fiestas, o eventos. La playa es súper pequeña y no tan apta para nadar, debido a que es un muelle. De resto, la comida estuvo rica.

The property was very clean, and that's all that really stood out to me. In general, the food, entertainment, property were pretty average. This is my 2nd time to Cancun for all-inclusive so I only have 1 other experience to compare to but I prefer the other resort. A few staff really stood out while the rest were kinda meh. A few days we did not want/need our room cleaned and even though we told the front desk, it was not transpired (there were no signs in the room to put on the door knob). Nowhere on the room phone or pamphlet given was the number to call the front desk (and I did try numbers). I only found this out on Sunday (or was it Monday?) morning when there was no internet; turns out they change the internet password the night before weekly. The front desk staff was also unable to cancel reservations for us at the other restaurant. We had to walk there ourselves to cancel. Which I know sounds minor, but I feel like they could have just called for us. We mainly had the buffet for our entire stay, the other 2 restaurants were not appealing. We also made the mistake of not checking out where the resort was in terms of where along the coast it was because it was tucked away in a marine. No waves (we wanted to play in the waves), a small area to swim in, and many shells/rocks in the sand as well (bring water shoes). But if you don't care for the ocean then it's pretty quiet on the ocean front. Overall it's a smaller, decent resort if you don't have a lot of expectations.
