With Car Park and gym, ours is a heritage hotel with over 95 years of history in Canberra. Unfortunately due to the structure of the building car parking and gym are facilities that we provide by using facilities from our neighbours so that our guests do not miss out on these facilities. I understand that when we have these not available in our building it can be confusing, please accept my apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. Our staff also provide printed guides for car parking and gym to help direct guests. Thank you again for feedback.

In regard to housekeeping, we provide daily housekeeping service however your booking was made with a weekly housekeeping discount hence the service being available only once during your stay. This discounted room rate is quiet popular with our guests but if daily service is required this can be added on check-in for a small daily fee.
