« Our family stayed at Xian’s for a winter getaway after Christmas. The view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the fire pit and walk 180+ steps down to the water. The interior spaces were perfect for a large Family. The kids enjoyed all of the games in the downstairs area. Wifi and TV were excellent. There was ample space to eat, watch tv, play cards. »

« We LOVED our stay here. We arrived to a warm welcome with wine, chocolates and a welcome sign! Our host was so nice, and communications with her were seamless. The house was really comfy with everything we needed - great bed included and a well-appointed kitchen! The salt water pool, with views over the ocean, was really special. It was not possible to cook what we intended to without shopping for cooking utensils (ie there was no spatula, no wooden spoons, etc). Windows are old (2 didn't close all the way) and some cupboard doors throughout the house are broken. 7 bedrooms but 1 only has curtains for a door and no window coverings. « The place was overall fine and the interactions with the property owner was great as they were very responsive. Positives: Location-10 to 15 mins from Grand Bend Beach and from Pinery provincial park. Screened patio in the back was great as we could sit out at night and not get bitten alive by mosquitoes.
