This property is so nice. Very outdoorsy with a small creek behind it. My only complain was the railing on the stors were a little wobbly and need repair. Otherwise all was wonderul.

Always a pleasure to stay at the bluebird inn. Just up quiet, peaceful setting at a great price. We always love the fire pit to close off an evening of good food and shopping.

We loved our room at the Bluebird Inn. It was clean and comfortable. We walked and took advantage of the restaurants and shops. The lamp on the right side of the bed - the left outlet is broken and exposed. Also the high step going into the room (#6) needs to have a yellow & black warning tape on the bottom to warn people that it is an unusually high step. I tripped several times upon entering the room. Otherwise, a very lovely Inn! We enjoyed our stay very much! We will definitely stay at the Bluebird Inn again when we are in Cambria. We highly recommended it!

The Bluebird Inn is perfectly situated on Main St. It’s a short walk to any number of excellent restaurants, wine bars and shops. The rooms are nicely furnished and have recently updated bathrooms. The lobby has a cozy lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for sipping a glass of wine on a cold evening. Bluebird’s staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. This is my second stay here and will be my go-to for years to come.

My wife and I haven’t been able to go to Cambria for almost three years due to her father being ill with dementia. He passed away a month ago so we got away. We were able to get the same room we had the last time we were there and couldn’t have been happier. The view we had from our room is really tranquil, nice and quiet and the birds singing which was nice to hear and peaceful.

It was a great place to stay until the people above us checked in and stopped till 1am . Some people have no consideration that others are sleeping . Other than that this hotel is beautiful, local dining , it has a creek in the back to walk to to . Fire pit out front . Staff always there to see if we need anything.

Excellent location! Very clean, spacious but cozy room. Comfortable. The property itself was very well kept and pretty. Exceptionally quiet for being on the main street. Within walking distance of many good restaurants, shops, bakery, market. Only just over a mile to Moonstone Beach! You could actually walk there, too, if you wanted. Highly recommend staying here

An internet shot in the dark for a brief getaway made for a wonderful stay in lovely Cambria. This is an immaculately maintained older property in East Cambria that though modest has some features that we find exceptional, a huge updated shower, excellent lighting that allows night time readers more than the usual dim nightstand lamps. The reception desk is outstanding with Bree in pm and Kylee in the am. Sweet, courteous and very helpful. Dining recommendations were wonderful, Indigo Moon next door, Robins a pleasant walk and Madeline's in west Cambria. In summary, we are returning to explore Cambria more extensively.

Husband was in a motorcycle accident Needed to check out 2 days early. Prepaid on Expedia for 3 days. Stayed one evening than had a emergency surgery for his leg in Stanford. Called Expedia they would refund the money however, Hotel manager was out sick and Front desk sub could not Authorize the refund. Called manager 2 days later Also called Expedia Expedia said yes on the refund BlueBird Manager would not refund the 2 days left. Still was able to rent out the room. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NO UNFORTUNATELY EVENTS HAPPEN. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR FUNDS, EVEN IN A DEATH SITUATION THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY..

Dear Tiffany, Again, we were sorry to hear about your husband's motorcycle accident back in July -- our staff was very apologetic about the situation when you showed them the photos of the injuries he incurred over the summer. However, because you made your three-night reservation on the same day as your arrival, which was booked as a pre-paid, non-refundable booking (which also entails a much lower rate due to being pre-paid and non-refundable), we did not allow a refund as this is the policy that you made your reservation with. Again, we wish you luck for your husband's pending surgery.

The Bluebird Inn is your basic decent motel: a clean smallish room with the usual amenities at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the lobby is inviting (but closes in the early evening). There are several restaurants within easy walking distance and even more just a short drive away.

We enjoyed our stay at Bluebird Inn. It was very clean and the front desk staff was warm & friendly. It’s conveniently located in the middle of downtown. My only complaint would be that the heater in our room was very old and didn’t heat the room well, leaving us very chilly at night. Also, our room was next to the street. It was quite loud at night. I was awakened several times throughout the night due to traffic sounds. If I were to stay again, I would definitely request a different room.
