Every single staff member made sure we had a lovely stay, from the front desk to the restaurant, they were kind and courteous, even sending my mom and birthday treat to the room. Perfect choice every time for a break in town, especially with access to shops and a variety of dining options.

The hotel is inside at mall very convenient for shopping and many options for restaurants, the cleaning services needs to improve. Breakfast buffet is ok but you can get more options outside.

Room service. The main courses. They just send whatever they had left over. Side dishes were replace arbitrarily with white rice and a day old salad. The. Bread pudding desert is not bread pudding. It’s just a muffin Coffee for breakfast is terrible. Like water. Not hot. Terrible coffee being a Colombian hotel.

Went here in 2019 before Covid. Going there years later. They have really let that place go. The pillows, towels, bedding , carpet , curtains were all super old

The front desk was horrible when I checked in. They demanded my credit card and wrote down the information in a piece of paper where anybody can take a look. they wanted me to sign a blank paper with the credit card information. they demanded an immigration document I did not have and it is not required by local authorities. They photocopy my passport and they got upset when I asked what will you do with the copy once I am gone. They told me that if I don't give up my credit card information in a piece of paper then I cannot staty there. I was forced to stay because it was 11 pm at night. Check out was easy and simple but they kept my credit card information written in a piece of paper. Bad experience overall.

The staff was nearly combative. This property is set up to extort as much money as humanly possible from you, kind of feels like you’re like you’re in Vegas. $50 hamburgers at room service. The staff felt like they were troubled to answer a question. Maybe the worst thing this is supposedly one of the nicest hotels in Cali, no hot water, and you had to call the service technician to turn down your air conditioner from your blazingly hot room at arrival Would not be possible to sleep No courtesy for for nothing, I had two tiny bottles of water out of the mini fridge $17 American, at checkout I was shocked, and I asked them since I had no hot water and no I did not bring it to their attention because I enjoy my privacy and I was in and out in 30 secondslol I asked him to waive the water fee for the inconvenience of course not they would not do that they would not get a manager. It is a really uncomfortable property to stay at. They have a sister property across the street, I’m guessing it’s the same go to Holiday Inn. You’ll enjoy it much much more. Oh and their swimming pool. It’s maybe like a kitties pool. lol I asked him to waive the water fee for the inconvenience of course not they would not do that they would not get a manager. It is a really uncomfortable property to stay at. They have a sister property across the street, I’m guessing it’s the same go to Holiday Inn you’ll enjoy it much much more. Oh and they’re swimming pool. It’s maybe like a kitty pool

The concept is great but the Maintenance is horrible. This hotel never in life is 5 start. Breakfast was cold. Staff need training. There are hotels cheaper with better staff and well maintained facilities

Located right inside a mall , very convenient and safe . The rooms were also large , though my hair dryer didn’t work and my shower sprayed in a million directions … time for them to clean the shower head of hard water deposits !!
