Stay for a night, we new it wasn’t fancy or anything and we were totally fine with it. The beds were comfortable, but we found hairs in our bedsheets. The walls are super thin and we could hear everything in the hallway and the rooms next to ours. An okay hotel for an arrival or departure night, but wouldn’t stay for more than that.

Other clients were unbelievable. Yelling at night, arguing, to the point that it was scary. Dogs barking. Elevators not functioning for a whole week.

Great value for the money, basic but sufficient. We stayed before a flight, so good location for that. The hotel is older, but clean enough. They are under renovations, so should be really great once they modernize a bit. Don’t go here if you want luxury or are super picky/stuck up. This is a basic hotel for a basic price- you get what you pay for. We slept great, it was nice and quiet, and pet friendly too.

I would like to get a refund. They gave us first room and it wasn’t even ready. Than they moved us to secound room and that was dirty as well and missing everything. Complained and no response from management. Horrible experience and will not come back.

The hotel was okay there couple issues we tried to open the window it fall away from the frame we asked for a pillow the staff they have no extra pillows to give us the shampoo in bathroom was less than accurate over all i would give the hotel less than average

Don't judge a book by its cover. Was surprised with the bed, linen, curtains and clean furniture for what appears to be on the verge of becoming a dive. Had a great sleep. Could use new hardware and finishing, brighter hallway carpet. The only downside was being charged $300 for a refundable deposit with a Visa Debit. The rate of the room was $52.

Please don’t go here unless you absolutely can’t afford anything else. The pictures are deceiving. The lobby is nice but thats where it ends. The elevator’s carpet is stained, and the second we stepped out the hallway smelled like cigarettes and urine. The room smelled different, but not better. Maybe like wet paint, despite the paint peeling. The bed was collapsed in the middle, making it a more effective skate park than sleeping arrangement. Not to mention that the second we stepped foot into there, we instinctually felt very unsafe and anxious. We did not stay the rest of the night. Truly, if you have any other options financially, please look somewhere else.

Room was dirty and stunk like cigarette smoke. I checked in at 5 and there were people (staff) in my room, with the door and windows opened. I had an event to get to and did not have time to switch rooms or I would have. Breakfast was not good. An apple, donut, old toast, and a juice box that was pre wrapped and I picked it up at the front desk. I would not stay here again, lots of better options I the same price range or cheaper.

We were given a room that is really dirty, the bed is wiggling, no floor mat, no hand towels and staff that is not very accommodating and doesn’t answer calls. I hope Expedia does not include this hotel in their list of partners. Super disappointed

We did not feel safe and there was a horrible smell in the hallways and it was dirty as well around the property but not much dirt inside of the room. I don't recommend it.

I checked in and immediately left after seeing the room. On the way to the room the elevator sounded like it was going to break down. There was a wet mop on the carpet. The hotel had a weird smell to it, moldy and musty. We asked for a refund due to the condition and was denied. We booked into another hotel in the parking lot leaving

It feels like they’re running a homeless camp or halfway house out of this place. I never felt safe in the elevator or at night. People noisy in the halls at all hours of the night. I had to clean the furniture and doors because they were so disgusting. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were folded in half to seem bigger. The space was good with a decent layout but it’s a shame the rest was so hard to get over. I will not be going back and I don’t recommend it for anyone with a family.

The property was quite convenient as it was close to the airport but I think that’s it. We’re grateful for the upgrade but the room didn’t seem fully ready, no cutleries or anything despite having a kitchenette; limited pillows for a king bed, and just the overall property not being utilized to it’s best potential. There was also a random stranger seemingly “homeless”, that kept knocking on the door and that didn’t make us feel safe even after reporting it to the front desk many a times, we even saw him outside just walking about and returning again the day after; they just didn’t seem to prioritize safety that way.

Too many homeless around the hotel & front entrance. Facility is limited to certain ethnicity even the lobby music at loud volume is set at Indian songs which other nationalities wouldnt understand or appreciate. Carpet too dirty & elevator as well. Breakfast was so disappointing. Was given only in a prepack that we couldnt even eat as there was no orher option. Toast was even stale. Worse experience ever

Very strong smell of ammonia in hallway and room, it gave me a headache. The latch on my door was broken and I got stuck in my room for an hour. There was a lot of homeless people. There was no actual free breakfast, they gave us stale cold toast and a donut and it was really bad I just threw it out. Mattress horribly uncomfortable. The room looked really dirty. The bar downstairs was blasting loud music at 11 pm and I asked the front desk to get them to turn it down and they said there wasn’t anything they could do. Walls are also paper thin.
