Endroit rénové et propre, le personnel au chambre et au déjeuner sont très courtois et serviables. Un ombre au tableau, nous avons oublié un objet de valeur à la chambre. Lorsque j’ai communiqué avec la responsable, à mon grand étonnement j’ai reçu un refus de collaboration. Il était inconcevable qu’on me poste cet objet à la maison.j’ai pourtant proposé un montant forfaitaire Interac bien au dela des coûts de transport. Nous avons dû parcourir 300 km pour récupérer cet objet. Nous partons de Calgary et sommes en route vers Vancouver. Je suggère à l’établissement de se doter d’une politique, nous sommes en 2023 et les courriers voyagent allègrement à toutes les portes.

I did not like that when i went to check out they had me booked for two days instead of just one. I had to drive back to vancouver and ths staff wouldnt help me at all and i couldnt get ahold of expedia. Paid a night for no reason and was ignored by hotel employees and expedia.
