Nous avons attendu la navette à l’aéroport pendant plus d’une heure. Mauvaise communication entre la préposée à l’accueil et le chauffeur de la navette. Pourtant, il s’agit d’un service qu’ils offrent plusieurs fois par jour… Les tablettes où sont déposées les serviettes dans la salle de bain ne devait pas avoir été nettoyées depuis des mois puisqu’il y avait énormément de poussière. Hôtel sans restauration mais avec possibilité de take out à la chambre mais une seule chaise donc confort relatif pour pouvoir manger.

We loved our stay at the hotel. After an overnight flight, we were super tired, but the hotel offered worry-free service. With a competitive price, they provide an airport shuttle, breakfast, friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, cozy rooms, and a gym with paid laundry. We returned to this hotel on the last day of our trip after staying on the first day. Highly recommend!

The did not yave extra pillows. Room with king bed and pull out sofa was booked for 2 adults and 2 children. Hotel did not have extra pillows and blankets for the children to sleep on the sofa bed comfortably. They needed additional staff to support the breakfast area to replenish food when the hotel is fully booked.

Ticks the box for somewhere to stay when flying in/ out of Calgary. Free airport shuttle service is great. Room was clean and spacious. Area is fairly secluded in a commercial estate, we had a rental car so didn’t affect us. Thankyou

Far from restaurants, hot tub was too chlorinated bleached the colour out of my bathing suit and ruined it/ an 80.00 one I would give praise to the shuttle drivers both great but the one that picked us up from airport went out of his way to accommodate us at dinner too
