The hotel is excellent. The reception is very good and the services are excellent. The room is clean with a view of the pyramids and the restaurant is on the top floor with a beautiful view and a wonderful breakfast. This is my first visit to Egypt. It is a beautiful thing. Good and friendly people.

Apart from the fact that you can have a view of the Pyramids from the rooftop, there is nothing good about this Hotel, to start off, you could not reach them on the phone nos provide, there is no reception at the ground floor. luckily a passerby informed me that the reception is on the 6th floor, construction activity was ongoing in the building, the power went off at 2AM and came back at 3:30 AM, the room key broke off...it was an ultimate disaster...

Llegamos a la noche y no sabíamos que el hotel estaba ubicado en un 6to piso. No hay ningún cartel que lo indique. Por suerte había un chico entregado comida que se dio cuenta y nos aviso. Lo otro es la situación en la que te ponen para que les dejes propinas a cada uno con los que tratas. No dejen propina.

When we first arrived the building looked abandoned with a wide opened door . There was no reception on the ground level and no signs directing you anywhere.We were standing at the lobby completely lost until a guest came down and told us that the reception was on the 6th floor. We took the elevator up to the 6th floor. There were two men, one with a dirty appearance. There was no computer or paper stating our reservation. The man asked for our passports and made copies. Then, he asked the dirty man to escort us to a room, not the room I booked. It had no pyramid view as they advertised, it was a window with the view of plumbing pipes and exhaust from a fan. I took pictures. This is to be reported and Expedia should stop making business with these people. The pictures are misleading. The water in the bathroom was scarce and the Wi-Fi and the television did not work. We booked another hotel and left a couple of ours later. Expedia should look into this place before continuing to advertise it. We were very dissatisfied. We paid for nothing. What a waste of money and time. This property is Horrible Horrible Horrible.

So horrendous couldn’t stay. The rooms booked were not available and the alternatives completely awful and unacceptable. Emailed the next day with full details of why we couldn’t stay there …awaiting a response.

Hotel has an amazing view on pyramids....room was nice, some noises during night can be disturbing ( clima,...). Staff was friendly trying to help...but still some space for improvement.

The Hotels only positive review is the view of the pyramids. When we arrived our room was not ready. We were moved three times before we got the room we reserved. Although we did not spend a lot of time in the room it would have been nice to get what we asked for. The hotel staff was kind and friendly but we constantly had to ask for basic amenities like the replacement of towels after the room was cleaned. Not a bad place for the value.

Bare minimum hotel with great view of Pyramids
Bare minimum hotel with great view of pyramid and great food. Staff really friendly. Room could have been cleaned better several hairs seen on bed on arrival. Reception on 6th floor could use sign stating this and that someone will come to retrieve you since no one was at the podium when we arrived. Water was hot, ac worked well, and refrigerator in room. Overall not bad for price, view, customer service, and food.

Wouldn't recommend.
The room was good, had a fab view of the pyramids. But weird black flaky stuff came out of the aircon unit every time I had it on. Also the building itself looks like a building site from outside, and also there is no signage with the hotel name on it. At first i thought it was the wrong address. And whynisnreception on the sixth floor?? There is nothing to donin the area.

I did not have a great experience there was a lack of professionalism. I requested for bath towels 3 times. The first time they said someone would drop it off but a couple hours went by and no one came. I called again, they said they will drop it off. a couple hours went by and no one came. So I had to go upstairs and made sure to wait around so they give it to me right there instead of waiting in my hotel room for it. The room was not the room I had chosen but I was tired so decided to not complain. Upon waiting for my bedroom, they told me my room was ready but 5 women were in my room still cleaning. It was too packed in the room with that many people so myself and fiancé left the bedroom to wait back upstairs by front desk until room would be ready. I also got itchy and bites from sleeping on the bed. I felt really uncomfortable so I took a shower but the bathroom smelled like a sewer. The elevator had issues all the time and I couldn’t come and go peacefully. My experience at the hotel was unpleasant. I would not return to this place again. I normally don’t do reviews for but I was miserable staying here and I’m happy I only needed to stay for one night.

Pior hotel da minha vida!!
Pior hotel da minha vida. Cheguei 1h da manhã pro checkin e o quarto não estava pronto, me fizeram esperar 1h enquanto arrumavam o quarto. Eu havia reservado o quarto premier com vista para as pirâmides e me deram um quarto comum, quando reclamei ainda me disseram que era o único que tinha e que podia procurar outro hotel. Quando cheguei no quarto o banheiro estava sujo, tinha embalagens de produtos do hóspede antigo no box, a privada também estava suja e aberta, sem o lacre de higienização. Staff muito ruim de serviço e mal educados. Após eu reclamar muito me deram o quarto pelo qual eu paguei no segundo dia (só fiquei dois), era um pouco melhor. Café da manhã também não é bom. Meu conselho pra todos que vão pro Egito é pegar um hotel padrão internacional, de preferência 5 estrelas se você puder, de verdade. Você irá fazer todas as refeições no hotel e a comida no Egito é muito suja e gordurosa de modo geral.

The staff was helpful. When we arrived, they gave us a room with only one bed, despite de fact that we reserved two. They told us that they could exchange it first thing in the morning. After breakfast, they changed us the room. As the new room did not have a tv set, they got one from a room accross the hall and installed it in our room.

The view was great at the rooftop. Good for the price including breakfast. More improvement can be made with daily service such as towels, toiletries, etc. I like the fact the management knows how to take responsibility for their tour guides' errors which shows professionalism and integrity. Overall, it is a good-value hotel if you want to tour the Pyramids of Giza.

Not so good.
I booked this hotel to see the pyramids from my hotel room. This place is under construction and I passed it thinking no way. There's so much instruction that you literally have to call somebody to come get you to be taken up to the floor where the hotel rooms actually are. I was asked to pay additional money to get a room that viewed the Pyramids. I was then offered a ride to the pyramids for $10, but that $10 ride was only to a center where they charged a $150 to go see the Pyramid complex. I declined. Once I return to the hotel I ordered food, cost less than $5. The person who delivered my food who worked at the hotel charged me charge me $15. I was so tired from traveling I paid. The picture of the food is exactly what it looked like when I received it. I looked forward to leaving.

Worst experience
Hotel is in a half-built building only 6 floor works as hotel. They offer pick-up/drop off service but they never arrived to the airport (making us wait for 2 hours). For the drop off they didn't arrange anything despite talking to 2 of the staff. Room looks similar to the pictures but bed-sheets had a lof of stains and hairs. Only 1 towel was offer for 2 guests. Bathroom run-out of water on the first day, didn't come back. Breakfast was cold and not many options. The hotel offer tour to pyramids and main sightseeing but the tour-guy was rude, always in a rush and took us to all his friends to make us buy them stuff without even helping us (we are not arabic speakers-which make it so much harder). He tried to take money from us, took the money for the tour which belongs to the hotel. The view is nice I must admit. Location in general is not good, doesn't look like a hotel since is not a proper building.

The property was no where as nice as the pictures. Our room was not ready when we arrived. We were put in another room for the evening and had to change rooms the next day. The hot water was limited to one shower at a time. We repeatedly had to ask for towels before we would get them. Very disappointed and would not recommend staying here!

The view on the 2 biggest pyramids is beautiful, but the hotel is located right on a very large boulevard, so there is a ton of dust (not washed) and polluted air, but worst than that, a party of car's honk 24/7. Big downgrade for the view.

Great experience in Giza!
Had a good stay at Pyramids Eyes. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace is good. The chef will make a omelet if you ask. The location is good, easy access to the Pyramids. Had a slight room issue at the beginning, and Sayed gladly changed my room!

me and my brother stayed there for 7 nights and the staff were so friendly and even helped us with exchanging money the room was clean and comfy the only thing that wasn't the best is the wifi sometimes definitely booking with them again on my next visit

The staff for the most part was polite, with the exception of the calls after 9pm to the room for payment of activities(discussed we would pay at the end, at check out) . Priced were fair for guide and driver. The elevator broke after the 2nd night. We were there for 4. Having to walk 6 flights is not very fun. View from the terrace was night, but photos have a good filter . I would not come back again .

Disappointing stay - not as advertised!
I had a pretty DISAPPOINTING experience with this hotel. My friend & I booked a “premium” room where they advertised a balcony with a pyramid view. We checked in at night after a day of traveling to find out they had given us a “standard” room with no balcony and to add salt the room was dirty. The trash from the previous guest was still there along with dirty slippers + wet bathroom mat as if someone just used it! We complained and they gave us some story how the rooms/views are basically the same although I had a printed copy of the confirmation stating “balcony + view” and clearly there were different room types and prices on both their website and hotels.com. One of the workers ended up telling us we would be moved the next day after we returned from a tour. Unfortunately, it did not work out as they were booked full. When we asked for a refund for the price we paid for the “premium” room, they only offered us a fraction of what we paid even though we already stayed a night in a room we basically did not book/was cheaper than what we wanted. Only after going back and forth with one of the workers and then the owner did we finally get a refund for at least one night. I would avoid staying here if you expect to receive what you paid for.

A fachada do hotel não agrada aos olhos, mas de fato possui vista para as Pirâmides. Eu fiquei em quarto single que não possuía janela e mesmo limpo tinha cheiro de cigarro (não fumo). O café da manhã é ok e não há muitas opções para refeições. Como fiquei só uma noite para atender um convite de última hora ok, mas não reservaria para ficar mais tempo.

O prédio do hotel é pequeno mas os quartos são confortáveis, com mobílias novas. A recepção do hotel fica no 6o andar e para chegar lá precisam liberar o elevador O melhor de tudo é a vista do roof top!! Linda de frente para as pirâmides.

Hi, I would like to start saying that it was very bad experience with this hotel, I booked 2 rooms for 1 couple and 1 adult and I was told during check in to adjust in one room with 3 beds for 1 night, also the room condition was not good at all washroom door lock was broken. The hotel staff was not professional and we stayed almost 3 nights and there was no room service and apart from informing to the staff that the washroom door is broken they did not responded at all. At some point it was very disappointing and disheartening when you’re on vacation and you will not get the service against the money spent. Thank you, hope to get better customer service with Expedia in future.

Warning!! with this hotel, I had booked via Expedia 2 days before my arrival and when I arrived at the hotel around 22:00 they told me they don't have my booking from Expedia, I showed them the confirmation voucher, still they declined saying there is no booking, I asked for there supervisor they declined to offer assistance and they let me in the lobby with no help after a long flight and exhaustion, I had to call Expedia about 4 times can you imagine the international phone charges they costed me for each phone call that had to be for at least 20min.. When the hotel staff saw me calling Expedia they told me we can offer you a room if you pay, I declined as said all my stay is being paid already via Expedia, after multiple try with back and forth with Expedia and them they said they will offer me a room, the moment I hanged the call they told me sorry we won't give you here we will take you to different hotel, for more than two hours they were showing me multiple crap hotel that I declined, when I saw the time is 01:00 already past midnight I ended up picking one of the hotel that they offered which was lower star and facilities that my original booking. I have reported further this issue to Expedia demanding a refund, such hotel should not be ranked and offered like this, I am a Gold member of Expedia they made me lose the credibility,l.

Hotel possui linda vista das pirâmides, funcionários super atenciosos e quartos bem confortáveis. Nas redondezas tem mercado, restaurantes e farmácia. O café da manhã é bem fraco e a ducha esfriava depois de alguns minutos de uso, mas de forma geral, a hospedagem foi bem bacana.

The elevator works there with a scanner only, they supposed to give me one but they kept delaying and making excuses and never got one, wanted to give this place a second chance so i went there again also same thing kept making excuses and then the room i got had a very poor internet and what made it worse it went off for couple of days. Will not go there again. Oh yeah one more thing left a bag in the reception because i was loading my bags in the elevator asked about it when i came back the receptionist said he didn't see it and then i went back and i had him ask the staff and guess what they had it !! That was very shady
