Thanks for your review, I am pleased that you found the hotel to be conveniently and comfortable for your stay. I am sorry you were not advised on arrival that our gym is being refurbished, this will be followed up with our front desk team. As you have mentioned we do have alternative access to a gym at our sister property Pullman Reef Casino, which is located opposite our hotel.

In regards to the 1.3% surcharge we are happy to waive this when the room is paid upfront and this is why our team asked you if you wished to choose this option so we apologize that this was not made clearer to you on check in as this would have avoided the surcharge.
