Chambres à rafraîchir. Piscine extérieure: le sol n’est pas assez nettoyé, les restes de nourriture ou boisson ne sont pas débarrassé, en gros pas très soigné pour un 5*. Service de conciergerie : tres bon personnel.

Hôtel de standing bien placé à Cairns
Chambre très confortable, emplacement idéal pour visiter Cairns proche du front de mer. La piscine est sympa. Dommage que la salle de sport soit fermée pour rénovation (et qu’on ait dû s’y rendre pour l’apprendre, un mot lors du checkin aurait pu se faire…), mais l’hôtel mettait à disposition la salle de sport du Pullman situé juste à côté (un peu moins pratique pour s’y rendre mais rien de bien grave).

Watch out for hidden fees ! I made a cup of tea in my room, and I was charged $5 ! … $5 for a tea bag !! When you pay over $300 for a hotel room, you expect that the tea or coffee that you make in your room is free !!! And big surprise : the hotel charge you 1.3% extra when you pay with a credit card !!!! When I checked in, the receptionist asked me if I wanted to pay the full amount upfront??? At the bar / restaurant, I waited 15 minutes for table service ???

Well located and a very good stay for my family. Breakfast was fantastic and well worth it. The room was clean and if you are on the top floor, you will have a nice view. Very nice restaurants nearby that you can walk to. Upon checking in I requested a higher-level room, and the first receptionist (Faz) declined my request and politely said there were no similar rooms available in the hotel and gave us a room at level 3. About 20 minutes later I asked the same from another gentleman at the desk who quickly and nicely changed our room to a similar room on level 10.

リーフフリートターミナル、食事やCasino、レンタカーも徒歩圏内にあり、とても便利で過ごしやすかったです。スタッフも親切で時間によりますが、日本人スタッフもいらっしゃって安心でした。朝食も美味しかったですが、ほぼ同じメニューでしたので、連泊する方は飽きてしまうかもです。

They advertise a harbour view room which is inappropriate as you would need to go on the balcony and look far right to see part of the harbour. We mentioned this to the front desk and the only thing they said was “sorry”. Also, the front desk manager was just plain unpleasant upon check in. Lastly, it is time for another reno.

I must’ve stayed here on 10 occasions s and never once has any of the porters or concierge staff offered to bring luggage to the room, or even assist with luggage in or out of the vehicle.

到着時アーリーチェックイン出来るお部屋をすぐに探してくれて、対応が良かったです。ホテルから歩いて食事に行ける場所がたくさんありました。お店もいくつかあり、お土産を買うのに便利でした。とても治安がよく怖い思いはしませんでした。ホテルのアメニティが少し少ないように感じました。

Staff were helpful and the we were greeted with a warm welcome. The room was very old and dated. It was musty and damp also. I understand that it's tropical far north Qld in wet season but the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan so everytime we had a shower it added to the humidity. I later found out that we were placed in an old unrefurbished room. When a hotel wasn't full like it was during our stay, I struggle to understand why they would put someone in that room! Swimming poolnarea and pool also looked very tired and in need of refurbishment.

The assistant manager Lauren Martin should not be an assistant manager and she shouldn’t work the desk. She was rude and shouldn’t have anything to do with customers. She ruined my day. The man who checked me in Fez was great as well as the restaurant manager. Beautiful hotel. Too bad Ms Martin ruined my day.

Stayed in a non-renovated room, so expected it to not be new and shiny(was offered an upgrade to renovated room for extra $40). A couple of things in the room were clearly needing replacing but overall it was fine, clean and spacious room. Pool area was clean and tidy, even thought it is in need of an update.

This is not a 5 star hotel. I’m not sure how they are allowed to promote it as such. The room I stayed in was very old and tattered, pool needs desperate renovation and check-in/check-out is painfully slow. The service is friendly and polite however. I have stayed at nicer 3 star motels.

This place is great! We checked in late at night and they gave us a upgraded room! That was very nice of them to do that. The room is very clean I do wish they had Netflix app on TV but other then that I have no issues everything is clean the pool is beautiful. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming

No doubt a lovely hotel but check in process was painfully long and slow particularly given they already had all of my details. Also unfortunately the bed was awful and it was a long sleepless night on what felt like metal springs. With so many other options in town I wouldn’t stay here again
