Vittorio and his family were more than welcoming and communication was not an issue at all. We definitely recommend the Sun house and will be booking any time we visit the Scuari/Minturno area! »

« Nous sommes venus 2 semaines à 2 familles. La maison est très grande et fonctionnelle (manque juste un lave-vaisselle !) et la piscine est vraiment chouette. Le plongeoir a bien servi ! Les draps et serviettes sont fournis et changés au bout d'une semaine. Nous avons pu visiter Naples, Pompéi, le Vésuve, l'ile de Procida et le sentier des Dieux. Un séjour parfait pour nous ! Merci! »

« It’s not often that I’m left lost for words; however I genuinely struggled for the first hour or so of being at the property due to being totally overwhelmed by how lovely it is! From the furniture and fittings, to the pool, to the little extras such as the welcome food and wine package and complimentary toiletries, the owners have thought about every detail and the property is stunning. Set in a very quiet location, the main noise you’ll hear is that of the crickets in the trees and grasses...

« Ottima struttura ben collocata, immersa nel verde con piante e fiori bellissimi. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza reale della casa, completamente attrezzata e ricca di ogni comfort. Proprietari simpatici e alla mano e disponibili ad accontentare qualsiasi richiesta. Lo consiglio vivamente, per chi vuole staccare dalla monotonia e dal caos della vita quotidiana. « Villa e spazi grandissimi, immersa nel verde, tranquilla e adatta sia al relax che al divertimento. Proprietario disponibilissimo e discreto. Comodissima la posizione a 2 minuti dal casello autostradale. Insomma consigliatissima. »

« Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....

« Zeer gastvrije ontvangst, ondanks corona. Zeer ruim, beetje stoffig maar niet vies, huis. Groot zwembad, niet geschikt voor kleintjes. Heerlijk rustig. Goede communicatie via app. Als er een probleem was werd dat onmiddellijk en goed opgelost. Iedere dag een vers eitje en gratis wekker van een vrolijke haan. Alles was aanwezig in huis qua servies ,keukenspullen, waslijnen . Ook erg prettig waren de verschillende zitjes buiten . »

« This was the off season, but the staff was attentive and when this place is all in bloom, it will be over the top. Might have to come back in spring or summer. Great venue for weddings. Thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary trip to the area. »
