I am really disappointed to see that the content of your review is not an accurate reflection of what actually happened with the service in our hotel during the hurricane Norma. Even with the cyclone right above us, our staff members were committed to always go above and beyond every expectationIt is just common sense to never go outside while the hurricane is passing.
