The hotel looked nice but the stuff uncompetant. They did not clean my room 2 days in a row and I was leaving the room at 8am coming back at 5:30pm. When I complained about it the manager answer me they have until 6pm to do the room even tho it has been 2 days no one cleaned it very unprofessional

This resort and the customer service is the worst that I've ever been to. I have been to cancun and many other los cabos resorts but this place was the worst. First of all, check in took way long, wasting our time. What is the definition of all inclusive resort??? There is not enough restaurants to go to and the rooftop restaurant for lunch is not kid friendly. Its for lunch not even for dinner. Then the only choice we had was outside food truck for lunch. The cafes (coffee and gelatos are not included in the all inclusive) Toothbrush, toothpaste are not provided, you have to pay for them and they are $21 USD. They are just travelers kit kinda toothbrush. Our baby had a allergy reaction so we asked for medicine, of course they dont have it so we went down to market to purchase them, they are $70 USD for claritin!!!!!! are you kidding me? The restaurants have menu that are not inclusive and it is not written on the menu nor told and they would charge extra for it. Nothing to do there, spa is extra charge and masssage is $350 USD for 50 minutes.. do you think you guys are in beverly hills? We asked the concierge if there is anything special for our parents 70th birthday, any cake they can do with a candle after dinner but no answer so I asked again..... never got an answer.... What kind of customer service is this??? Will never and ever go anywhere that is affiliated with your company ad will never recommend to our friends.

We did not care for the initial heavy sales pitch for a timeshare presentation. We went to relax and thats what we kept saying and they continued to ask about activities and stuff. That was very annoying. The hotel rooms were nice and clean except our rug in the bathroom was wet and that was gross.

We came for a weekend. Coincidentally the hurricane joined us. The hotel wasn’t prepared for this at all even though they knew it was coming. They stopped serving food and just made a bland nasty buffet to choose from and closed the restaurant at 10pm when we are boarded in and forced to not leave the hotel. The front desk was very rude and not helpful at all

What a wonderful vacation my husband and I had at Garza Blanca for my birthday!! The property was IMMACULATE and the entire staff was EXTREMELY nice and very attentive! Our butlers Tiffany, Leo and Sofia were the BEST! Everyday when we returned to our room there were always birthday treats and on my actual birthday they surprised me with a beautiful bouquet of balloons. I hate I had to leave it behind!! The food and drinks was DELICIOUS. The pools were really nice we visited a different one each day and they never felt packed. Also, the spa was beautiful and relaxing. And we ended the trip with a romantic dinner on the beach. We will DEFINITELY be back. Thanks again Garza Blanca for a beautiful vacation. You owe us nothing!!❤️❤️

Everything about this resort is 5 stars. Food, spa, rooms, cleanliness, views, ocean and amazing helpful staff. By far, the best experience at any resort I've stayed at.

This resort is the best resort we Have ever been too!!! I also want to say that our butlers Omar & Tasha were very professional!! They was also very helpful with questions we had about cabos and other inquiries. They are truly amazing!!! We love everything at the resort and will definitelv come back!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. This property offered so much including a butler and turndown service that I wish I utilized better. I would definitely return again and use the many amenities better that they have to offer.

Beautiful resort, room was relaxing and had an amazing ocean view. Staff gave us 5 star customer service at all times. Only complaint, check in time was 3pm, our room wasn't available until 4pm.
