Thank you Marie Laure Chantal Ruat for your review about the staff, we talked with you about the noise and our location is in one of the main streets and safe that´s because we have more traffic in some hours and we can't control that, but we are working putting noise insulators in every room. Our continental breakfast includes coffee, tea, 13 different kind of sweet bread, more than 7 different kind of fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, rice with milk, jello, puddin, cereal, healthy bars, in the afternoon peanuts and chips and the rest of the food is available between 8 am to 8 pm. The next time if you need something ask to the staff. And very important for you to know, call your Expedia agent, because we already refund the other nigths, so you can have your money back, Best Regards,

Dear guest, We want to inform you that there was no such fire as you claim. What happened was a malfunction of a mini split (power cut), which was attended to at the time. For this reason, there was no need to alert or inform our guests about the event. There is regular maintenance work on the terraces of the rooms, for this and other reasons we do not allow hanging clothes or towels on the railings of the balconies.Indeed, we are an adults-only hotel and do not accommodate children under 14 years old. The children you saw in the pool may have been relatives of people who came to the restaurant.Sorry for the inconvenience. Hope to assist you next time in Cabo. Have a wonderful day!

Nuestro hotel siempre se ha caracterizado por tomar muy encuenta todos y cada uno de los comentarios después de la estancia para poder mejorar o brindarle consejos en su próxima visita. Nosotros como mexicanos nos enorgullecemos de brindarle la mejor atención a nuestros queridos nacionales y extranjeros en primer lugar. Segundo, efectivamente nuestra ubicación nos posiciona en una de las avenidas más concurridas de Cabo, el tráfico no lo podemos evitar así como el flujo continuo de vehículos a cualquier hora, pero tenemos opciones de habitaciones silenciosas, las cuales puede solicitar con nuestro amable personal de recepción, si usted hubiera comentado esto, seguramente las señoritas le hubieran proporcionado esta información, (siempre y cuando haya disponibilidad, claro está). Si usted reserva con nosotros puede expresar cada una de sus necesidades y podemos considerar eso previo a su llegada. La habitación en la que le tocó hospedarse se encuentra en una zona de acceso rápido a salidas de emergencia y cerca de recepción, habitación que ofrece múltiples beneficios, como el acceso rápido, no uso de escaleras, lo cual es provechoso si trae mucho equipaje, etc. El punto es que tenemos diversas habitaciones para diversas necesidades de nuestros huéspedes, necesidades que desconocemos si no nos contactan anticipadamente. Le sugerimos que previo a su llegada nos llame a los números de atención o nos envíe correo electrónico para que podamos darle las facilidades que usted necesita. Siempre procuramos tomar muy en cuenta las peticiones de nuestros visitantes, muchos de ellos por lo mismo, se vuelven clientes asiduos a nuestro establecimiento. Esperamos tenerle de regreso pronto y que pueda disfrutar al 100% su estancia en este hermoso lugar que es Cabo San Lucas. Pase una agradable tarde y es usted bienvenido cuando guste.
