I was distressed to learn of your dissatisfaction with our breakfast service. It was not included in your reservation but we do provide two options for our guests, served in our Hotel Bar as in our lovely redesigned garden, every day from 7 am to 10 am, one Continental, which includes: Expresso coffee or tea, orange juice, yoghurt and croissants, dips of cheese cream and jam. And another that is Buffet (the one your choose) and includes: Salty and sweet high quality baked goods (bread, rolls, cookies, croissants, - vary daily). Cereals, fresh seasonal fruit, fruit and plain yogurt, butter , jam and marmalade, honey, boiled eggs freshly prepared, cold cuts, cheese plates and fresh vegetables. Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and Omelet freshly prepared. Milk, chocolate, expresso coffee freshly prepared, traditional and fruit-flavored teas, herbal teas, juices (orange, apple - vary daily). Both options with full details and prices are published in all reservations webs and our Menu at your full disposal at hotel reception and Bar. Our Bar is meant to be fine service, but even more a casual breakfast experience with excellent service, and great food and coffee. On the other hand, our location is one of the best in Palermo, it is next to some good restaurants and bars, all in easily walkable and safe area. A bus or train stop at 200mt walk , a Subway station at 400mt walk, Palermo Woods - 9 min walk. We always work on trying to improve our service. Trying to turn your stay with us in a memorable and unique experience is very important to us. We are looking forward to welcoming you again at the hotel soon.

Estimada Susana, Ha sido un honor recibirla a usted como Huésped en el 248 Finisterra, realmente estamos muy agradecidos por habernos elegido y por tomarse el tiempo para compartir su experiencia en nuestro hotel, aduciendo una serie de inexactitudes de su experiencia no del todo satisfactoria. La atención de nuestro personal , con nosotros desde el 2006, convalidada por la Certificación IRAM 9900 en calidad en la atención a los huéspedes (primer hotel en Argentina en obtenerla)es de máxima confianza y nunca en estos años ha pasado algo similar a lo que usted menciona. Nuestro procedimiento interno establece reglas para el resguardo y restitución de objetos olvidados que son auditados diariamente por el Depto. de Housekeeping. Al registrarse cualquier novedad, los huéspedes son notificados de la misma a su casilla de mail. Reiteramos que al ordenar el cuarto por Ud. ocupado, no hemos registrado ningún objeto olvidado. Finalmente lamentamos no nos haya participado del faltante denunciado a su salida del hotel, a la sazón conocido por Ud, a ese momento, lo cual hubiere facilitado la resolución inmediata del reclamo. Sin embargo, contamos con tarifas acorde a la temporada, promocionales con prepago y sin desayuno. En su caso particular, Ud. optó por reservar esta tarifa. Previo a la confirmación final, se detallan las condiciones de reserva y es allí donde se especifica que esa tarifa elegida no incluye servicio de alimentos y bebidas. Lamentamos que no haya verificado esto previo a tomar la reserva. Igualmente, al check in se le ofreció la posibilidad de elegir entre un desayuno continental y/o un desayuno buffet, y Ud. deseo no degustar nuestros ricos croissants, elaborados cada día con materias de primera calidad .
