We are delighted to read your endorsement on our hotel and rooms, same time saddened to read that your arrival was slightly shadowed by the official check-in time of 3 PM. We are certainly inclined towards extending it in favour of our guests when availability allows, yet in busy periods it is not always possible. Until the room is ready, we are pleased to store luggage at the bell service at no charge, allowing our guests to head out to town without it and certainly all baggage will be delivered onto the rooms once upon vacancy. We truly apologize if this option was not clearly demonstrated to you.
In hopes to rectify this less than flawless experience with us, we would very much like to welcome you back in the future.
