Nous avons été extrêmement satisfait de la réaction de l’établissement suite à une remarque que nous avions laissée à Expédia concernant la qualité de notre première chambre. La responsable nous a offert une chambre de qualité supérieure sans charge additionnelle la journée même où nous avions écrit notre commentaire. Nous sommes restés 7 soirs dont 6 dans la nouvelle chambre. Ceci nous a permis de profiter de notre séjour et de conserver un souvenir très positif de l’hôtel Kempinski.

This is a fabulous hotel. The service is perfect. The spa is awesome. We had a marvelous roomwith the view of the basilica and the Budapest eye. The room was excellent and very quiet. We are recommand this hotel very strongly to visit Nudapesr.

Bel hôtel bien situé
Hôtel en excellent état. Chambre spacieuse. Salle de bain pourvue de tous les équipements. Espaces communs nombreux, confortables et remarquablement disposés pour une convivialité agréable. Mais le Check-in et le check-out ne sont pas à la hauteur de la taille de l’établissement. L’heure de mise à disposition des chambres est fixée à 15 h. Nous arrivons à 13 h. On nous promet une chambre vers 14 h. Cela nous incite à déjeuner au restaurant de l’hôtel . Mais la chambre sera à peine prête à 15 h et après beaucoup d’insistance de ma part. Notre programme de l’après-midi à Budapest sera gâché à cause de ça. C’est très pénalisant quand on passe 3 jours dans une ville.

We are certainly inclined towards extending it in favour of our guests when availability allows, yet in busy periods it is not always possible. Until the room is ready, we are pleased to store luggage at the bell service at no charge, allowing our guests to head out to town without it and certainly all baggage will be delivered onto the rooms once upon vacancy. We truly apologize if this option was not clearly demonstrated to you. In hopes to rectify this less than flawless experience with us, we would very much like to welcome you back in the future. Really a great experience, clean hotel and helpful staff. The service was great and they catered to us having an infant with us.

Friendly, helpful staff. Close to transport of just walk around. Most attractions are within 2 miles. The total idiot Budapest mayor should stop chocking traffic with bike lanes. Enough! Enough of virtue signaling, This wonderful city has adequate and fast public transportation. No need for bus drivers trying swing around oblivious tourists.

Unfortunately, our stay was marred by ongoing renovations causing disruptive noise from 9:00 to 16:30 daily until April 2024. Additionally, aside from its location, the hotel lacked notable qualities. The breakfast was subpar considering its price, and we found better options for brunch outside. The spa fell short of expectations, with lukewarm water in the pool and a lack of jacuzzi. Service was mediocre, not reflective of the Kampinski brand. For the same price, I recommend opting for a hotel with superior amenities, which I regret not choosing instead.
