Un hôtel d’aéroport, ni plus ni moins !
Accueil classique mais pas chaleureux, chambre propre mais sans le moindre charme, confort sommaire, petit-déjeuner moyen… L’etablissement fait le job’ le temps d’une brève escale, pas plus !

Arrivée à 23:00 environ, seule et très fatiguée et très difficile de repérer le passage vers l'hôtel à partir de l'aéroport, qui pourtant est annoncé comme étant à une courte marche. En plus ça nous fait passer par des endroits lugubres de parking...pas rassurant. Sinon très bel accueil

We stayed one night waiting for an early flight the next morning. Check in was easy and professional. The room was quiet and comfortable. I was able to get ice and wine glasses from the downstairs bar area with a smile. After checking in I had to return my rental car. It was only a few minutes away and I only had to walk about 6 minutes to get back to the hotel. The only negative was the airport shuttle which costs $8. I don’t believe it said that prior to booking. Excellent location and staff.

到着が22時頃で子供と一緒だったので空港直結のホテルにしました。少し歩きますが空港内なので安全です。 子供用に塗り絵をくれたり、道も丁寧に教えてくれてとても親切でした。お部屋もとても綺麗です。 電子レンジを電話で聞いたらないと言われてしまいそれだけが残念でした。

Nice place to stay near the airport, I was only a little disappointed that upon arrival and checkin, we went to the bar to relax to find it was closing at 10:00pm, but the staff were helpful.

The hotel was a quick walk <10 minutes from the domestic terminal at the Brisbane Airport. I appreciated the video the hotel posted on how to walk from the terminal to the hotel, and the way was clearly marked with signs. The restaurant located in the hotel had a nice menu and the breakfast buffet offered was top notch.

I already suggested that it would be safer if the shower-room had a rail to hold on. It would be nicer that the hotel has shuttle bus service from the airports to the hotel as well as from the hotel to both airports.

Pro’s - Conveniently located for the overnight stays. Service is quick and easy when I arrive for my stay each month at midnight. Con’s - Very overpriced for such a basic room with no breakfast included…because they can’ I guess.

This was unexpectedly a great stay. We weren't there long. It was simply a pit stop till the morning when we could get a hire car. We arrived at close to midnight, and the person who checked us in couldn't have been happier (for that time of night) or more thoughtful. It was one of the best check-in experiences I've had in a long time. It was nice that even though it was raining, most of the walk there was undercover. So we only got a little wet. The beds were very comfortable, and the block out blind was excellent. The room is well laid out, too. We didn't stay for breakfast, so I can't comment on the dining options or room service, but overall, I'd be happy to stay again if we needed somewhere close to the airport.

Nice , clean and comfortable rooms with friendly and helpful staff . Only stayed one night and it’s super close to the domestic terminal and can walk it ( mostly undercover) in about 5 minutes . There is a cafe/bar downstairs which was decent. They also open 5am for coffee and I think breakfast starts about 5.30. The only complaint is the design of the bathroom, the shower itself is really good and strong but the design means the whole floor gets soaked which makes it really awkward.

It’s conveniently located, walking distance from domestic terminal. Checking in was slow, with only two officers for a long line of guests. The bed linen was stained. The room had wall-to-wall carpet, and that’s frankly unhygienic. The TV only had Australian channels, no BBC, CNN, Bloomberg or any other international news channel.

Had a great stay here. Food was amazing. what's really amazing was I left important medication behind. I had a taxi drive me from the cruise back to hotel. They were very very helpful. I had the taxi drive me back and I made my cruise

This hotel was fine, staff friendly, restaurant nearby. However, it was advertised as an 8 minute walk from domestic airport. Signage was not well marked and and it took me over 40 minutes to get there. You had to go up escalator, down lift. Still walk a long way pulling heavy suitcase. Would not recommend for someone with mobility issues.

Everything I needed for an international layover. The walk from the domestic terminal to the hotel was fairly straightforward (in the daylight), but a little confusing at night.
