We stayed at this location in 2017 to 2019. New ownership occurred shortly after 2021 and the place has undergone some great additions including the on-site restaurant with awesome food. Can’t wait to return in 2025 for a longer stay.

No reception available. Property felt unsafe and dirty. Did not stay here. Left property after viewing the place and am currently seeking complete refund from Expedia as we then made quick arrangements to stay elsewhere on the island, in spite of being extremely tired from travelling all night! Very disappointing!! Will never pay upfront for an Expedia hotel until we arrive and see what we are getting. Highly recommend everyone do the same.

This place is nestled between two, more populated, areas; making the location perfect IMO. Easy walk to shopping/food but, maintaining a low key environment. Mathew was such a joy to work with and so very helpful. My only issue, the suite never cooled down enough for me! But, this place is great in every other aspect!

The accommodation could do with a general overhaul. There were drawers that would not open at all and the fittings and fixtures were very dated and poorly maintained. In general there did not seem to be much quality control over anything. e.g. the soap containers in the shower were empty on arrival and washing up liquid was not provided. On arrival. the reception was closed and when we did find someone,all she was interested in was showing us how to work the television. There was no local information about where we could buy necessities or even a map of the area offered.

Good value for the money. The apartment was clean and had a small kitchen. The bed was comfortable. And the balcony overlooked the water. The beach had calm waves and the hotel provided beach recliners and umbrellas. One issue was the stand up shower didn’t have mich warm water so we we had to take cool showers.

Check in and overall information was poor, and inadequate. Suites were good size, however, Rooms could do with some upgrades, towels were worn and rough, no basic toiletries in room. No room service for the entire time I was there. The hotel location is great for beach and ocean access. Transportation to get around was good. Dining and bar staff was friendly and helpful.

Great place near the ocean . Staff was very courteous and helpful ! Will definitely stay here again . Just be sure to walk with insect repellent.

Located directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in Barbados .... if you're lucky enough to find availability at Nautilus book it and you'll have a great experience. Super clean comfortable and spacious beach accommodation at very good price. Staff are friendly and caring.

Absolutely wonderful spot, right on the beach - quiet enough to fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing in the distance, but close to all the local shops and restaurants you need. The staff are absolutely lovely, kind, and caring - and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are great, spacious, clean and modern. The food is great and a swim is always 50ft away. The best spot in Barbados if you're looking for a relaxing holiday without breaking the bank.

I unfortunately neglected to notify the Nautilus that I would be arriving late. I noticed that their check-in time was from 3 to 6:30, which seemed very limited. I was afraid that they might give my room away, but I did not expect when I arrived at 10 pm that the property would be completely dark, the office locked and no one answering the phone. I obviously had to stay elsewhere, which I did--for half--the cost in a similar but better-maintained place. The Nautilus looked nothing like the picture and was nowhere near the water in spite of a misleading picture. For me it didn't matter, because I was only there to sleep, but for someone who was expecting an island getaway it would have been a rude shock. I acknowledge that I should have let them know that I was arriving late, but not to be able to get in touch with anyone is in my opinion unacceptable. I would like a refund. Can Expedia help me with this?
