Dear Guest,We would like apologize for the inconvinience, IDs are required for legal reasons, for customers saftey and it also eliminates frauds and scams. Establishment has its own policy which enhances the customers saftey. Regarding the charge on your card, we do allow the guest to pay cash but since we were sold out, your card had to be charged to confirm your stay,Also we charged your card only before couple hours of check-in, Just to confirm the stay of the guest. You do have an option where we can refund the money on your account and you pay cash or use your preferred method of payment, when you check in. We apologize for the complex transaction system, but this helps the establishment with the reservation confirmation and it fastens the check-in process as well.Thank You,Knightsinn Bridgeport/Frankenmuth.
