Bof bof.....
Un cadre très joli mais une chambre supérieure décevante avec un balcon vide donc sans intérêt. Le dimanche matin, un petit déjeuner déplorable avec un buffet vide et du personnel débordé. Le lundi ce fût mieux. Un check out catastrophique pendant lequel on insiste pour nous faire payer une deuxième fois.

Idéal pour visiter Brescia
Belle reconversion d’un bâtiment pastoral. Tout est neuf et bien isolé. Proche du centre de Brescia qui est piétonnier. Bon conseil pour un restaurant à proximité. Le parking est peu coûteux et très facile

Le centre Paolo VI est magnifique et ne ressemble à aucun des autres hôtels où nous avons pu séjourner. Le bâtiment en lui-même et son jardin sont splendides. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables avec une vue sur la cour intérieure. L'hôtel est en plein centre ville et dispose d'un parking gratuit fermé. Le personnel est très accueillant et aimable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. C'était un des meilleurs hôtels de notre séjour et c'était le moins cher. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Correct pour le prix
Hôtel atypique, ancien monastère ou couvent. L'architecture et la dimension sont très italiens, et l'aspect est très grand hôtel. Cependant les chambres ne sont pas très luxueuses, juste bien, un peu austères, et salle de bain un peu vieillotte.Par contre le prix défie toute concurrence, et le cadre dans l'ensemble mérite le détour ... détour car un peu loin du centre historique de Brescia (20mn à pied)

Get the Deluxe Room
We booked the Deluxe Room, and I definitely recommend it. The room was large, with a big bathroom and a separate bed-turned sofa that was nice to sit on. Some might find it all very dated, but we like a room with character and a cozy feel. It was perfectly clean. The sheets were high quality and the bed was comfortable. If you fiddle with the remote, you can get the TV to show movies in the original language, like English. Guests control the heat, and our room was always a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was nice at 9 euros each, and you can sit in the pretty arcade with a nice view of the garden. You can get a bus to the train station or walk easily to the center. Unfortunately, you can hear other guests through the walls, especially if they are noisy or have loud children.. Most of our 5 nights were quiet enough. Also, in the lobby and public areas, the restrooms feature squat on the floor, pee in a hole in the floor toilets (!??!!) Time to get modern and accessible people!

Private parking lot was a huge benefit in a city where parking can be difficult. Our first room was ok, we then then upgraded to a better room on the top floor which was great.

Leider waren wir vom Hotel insgesamt enttäuscht. Auf einem Referenzbild sieht man eine Frau mit roten Koffer in einem wunderbar Barocken Treppenhaus und dachten, dies sei ein Teil des Hotels. Stattdessen befinden sich die sauberen Zimmer in einem ganz anderen Gebäude, ohne dem auf den Bildern ersichtlichen Charme. Wir können also nicht nachvollziehen, dass es so viele Bewertungen mit der Note 10/10 gibt.

Dear, thanks. We use this occasion to confess that noone will have the opportunity to sleep under the frescoes and/or on the stairs of the monumental stairs - well depicted in the pictures we posted. Unfortunately, they are not available as bedrooms. Perhaps, the fact that is totally unusual and surprising - and astonishing, to be host in an original XVII century palace has driven our average score. I honestly was looking very much forward to my stay in this hotel. Unfortunately I was let down by the staff attitudes (all except one reception Male), the bed was awful and the A/C that I paid extra to have hardly worked. I had asked for someone to take just a couple nice photos of me on their beautiful staircase and the response I got back was “we aren’t paid for this type of service”. I was shocked to hear those words. This was a you g man who said it. He did agree to take some photos but they are awful pictures so he may has well not have taken any at all. Their customer service was not the best to say the least. Be prepared to feel like you are sleeping on the floor with how hard the bed was! I had put my do not disturb sign out on the door and the maid service just took it off and proceeded into my room anyways…that felt wrong !!! Overall, not worth the price AT ALL! Very disappointed!

Dear, thanks for reviewing us. Unfortunately, beds are set on European standards; there are guests that can appreciate, and guests that simply don't.Reception is not operative for taking photos to the guests, unfortunately as well. Going to the Uffizi Palace in Florence, I don't think you can ask an attendant to get you a photo; also considering that we have about 40k guests in 1 year.In any case, a receptionist is not a professional photographer.Concurrently, we're very sorry for the housekeeping inconvenient.Hope to see you soon in the near future, to have the opportunity to regain your faith in our services.Thanks, Nicola
