Bon emplacement, séjour agréable.
Très bien. Immeuble, en arrière cour dans une rue commerçante (bien pour le calme), juste à côté de la vieille ville et accès tramway. Accueil en anglais avec en plus un peu de documentation sur la ville. Petite terrasse commune aux chambres agréable.

Très bon séjour
Je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel pour un séjour à bratislava. Hôtel calme et propre. Le personnel nous a bien accueilli et donné tous les renseignements pour visiter, manger local. À 5 min à pied du centre ville, je recommande fortement !

À éviter
L'établissement est situé à quelques pas du centre historique de Bratislava. L'immeuble en tant que tel est en bon état d'entretien et la chambre est joliment emménagée. Par contre, le service est exécrable. Personne n'était là à notre arrivée bien que nous somme arrivés à l'heure convenue. Lorsqu'elle s'est finalement présentée, elle a fait preuve d'une incroyable insensibilité à notre égard (pour l'exprimer poliment). On nous avait annoncé un stationnement gratuit, ce qui est exact. Cependant, il faut savoir que l'unique accès est via une rue piétonnière partagée avec un tramway. Notre GPS n'était pas en mesure de nous y emmener pour cette raison et l'endroit est difficile à trouver ce qui nous a causé une série de difficultés. Déplacer la voiture sur ce type de rue à Bratislava semble toléré par les autorités locales, mais ce n'est pas sécuritaire. Donc... utilisez votre jugement et n'écoutez pas les hôtes lorsqu'ils vous diront qu'il y a un stationnement sur place. Et si la courtoisie de votre hôte est importante pour vous, évitez tout simplement cet endroit.

Very good location with free parking. Perfect for a family or a small group, a bedroom and a living room with a large bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and helpful staff.

Standarden var god med tanke på at det ikke var helt nytt. Ingenting å si på det. Eneste minus er at det var et soverom med dobbeltseng og ek feltseng i stuen. Feltsengen var ikke veldig behagelig å sove på, og det var kun aircondition på soverommet. Ellers var det bra og en godt plassert leilighet.

Room was fine and location was great. But could not get on WIFI, 2 of our appliances blew up using converters that we have used all over Europe and reception was always closed when we nesded them. We left our luggage in office and told them when we would be back during their stated hours. When we returned, it was locked and we could not reach them; had to go to restaurant next door and they called them for us since our phone only messages and does not have phone service. Almost missed our train to Vienna

We have investigated the matter and could not find any problem on our side. Our reception is not open 24/7, as it is stated on our page, if the reception is closed you can call us on the phone and we will come ASAP. Great spot close to old town~ 5-10 min walk. Car park entrance was not easy to get to because the street it's on is restricted , meaning Google maps and waze will not navigate you to that entrance as it's only for trams and people walking. Car park entrance gate is very narrow. Barely wider than a Renault clio. enter at a wrong angle and you will scratch the car . WiFi speed was adequate ~30Mbps on speedtest. Would recommend and stay at this place again.

Driving there is difficult. The hotel did contact us prior to arrival and gave additional directions. However, the street is a pedestrian only street with train and a lot of pedestrian traffic. In order to reach the hotel, you need to look for a blue gate and enter an inner courtyard. I would not recommend driving while there given the busy street.

Расположен идеально:всё в шаговой доступности. Очень спокойно, так как апартаменты расположены во внутреннем дворике, который закрывается на ночь. По утрам будит пение птиц, что в центре города редко бывает. Встретили очень радушно. Заранее списались с отелем-в ответ получили инструкцию как добраться. В номерах всё, что нужно для отдыха. Завтрака нет, но чайник и холодильник позволяют организовать легкий перекус. В двух шагах кофейня с великолепным кофе. Персонал встречался редко. Убирали по необходимости. Чистые номера, чистое белье, чистая территория. При выезде попросили оставить вещи и распечатать посадочные талоны. Нам с радостью помогли. В общем, отель понравился. При возможности вернёмся снова!

The hair dryer is placed in a cabinet under the sink and last but not least the two heaters was on on maximal power - the temperature in the room was 23 C (it is possible that a window has been opened to vent - but when the window is closed, the temperature is immediately adjusted because the room is not so large. 行李多，要可慮一下，沒電梯。距離景區近，走走路、散散步就攻克不少旅遊景點。冬天，暖氣稍差些。大門開始的石塊地面，非常不適合手拉行李前進，卻無奈大門至公寓大約7、80公尺，如果不幸駐防在三樓.…超喘！

I did not realize that I needed to call to set up a time to get the keys to the unit as I was arriving over the weekend. I did not rad the clear instructions sent to me. So I was surprised when I got to the location and realized the problem I created. But the Apartment Residence representative was there waiting for me. Wow! Just awesome! Great place and close to old town!

Nice apartment very close to the historical city center. Great security in the evening (not that's it's very necessary but still nice). Great coffee shop next to the apartment. Rooms are spacious, everything you need. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bratislava.

Great place to stay!!
Too short a visit! Should have stayed longer! It was difficult to find but once there, fantastic! Nice quiet location within a very short walk to city center. Great value!

Little gem
Couldn't ask for better location. On the main street with plenty of eating options. Only short walk to old town. Quiet. Safe parking. Not much from outside but comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Recommeded.

Down a dark alley!
The residence was down a dark alley, which is not suitable for 2 young ladies late at night. Windows also has bars on them!

We think that the courtyard is not so dark as you wrote - there are lights every three-four meters on the walls and it is really secure, because the main gate is closed and the yard is accesible for the guests at the night only (it is more secure late at night like street outside behind the gateway for sure :-).Team of Apartment Residence

目の前をトラムが走っており、徒歩3分でトラムに乗れる便利なロケーション。観光地にも近く、大変便利でありながら、ホテルは少し奥まっているためとても静かでした。レセプションの担当者も親切でした！
