La habitación TERRIBLE estaba sucia, las sábanas todas manchadas con manchas de dudosa procedencia, en el baño había ropa interior colgada, cuando se hace la reservación en la información dice que desayuno incluido y cuando llegas hacer el check'in te dicen que eso es mentira que como se hace a través de un tercero que ellos, colocan mal la información y cuando preguntas una solución, lo único que responde es que es desicion de uno irse o quedarse pero que el dinero no se regresa, a mi me tocó irme en plena noche porque era terrible como estaban las camas y prácticamente me robaron el dinero de la reservación, porque me dijeron que no me devolvían nada, qué desastre de hotel.

Big stain greeted you on the floor as soon as you walked in. The shower did not drain at all.

It was okay, apparently it is a known issue that when it is very cold outside the room keys do not work. This left us running our toddler up and down the stairs to either get someone with a master key to open our room or standing in the cold warming up the lock enough for the they care to work. No housekeeping service during our 4 night stay, we were given 2 towels for the duration (two adults and one child) we had to ask for more towels and trash bags.

First room my mom and I where checked into had a broken heating/cooling unit. No power going to it! The woman working the front desk was very accommodating considering the fact that it was Christmas and my mom was disabled and we could not do stairs. Unfortunately she had to call someone that was off‐duty to go and clean a room to get my mom and I lower level room with a working heating unit. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Unpleasant
The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but overall our stay was unpleasant. Their computer system crashed and delayed our check in, the first room we were assigned had not been cleaned, the tub didn’t drain, paint was peeling everywhere, and the mattress was terrible.

Overall served its purpose. I wasn’t concerned with fancy bells and whistles so we went for cost effectiveness. Service should not decline that much for $20 less a night. Bedding was dirty (hair on pillow cases, lipstick on pillow cases), empty tissue holder, floors dirty (not vacuumed), bugs on floor. There was a half roll of toilet paper for our 3 night stay and only 3 towels for our party of 4 and no do not disturb door hanger. Had to go get everything ourselves. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a hassle every time no matter the day. Run down/abandoned rooms in the back of the property that had obviously been broken into multiple times. Door lock was a hassle every time we went to enter. We will not be staying here again.

Great value, great pricing. My stay was purely business, not vacation, and was my first time ever trying these accommodations. When I first stepped foot in the room, I was pleasantly blown away by how clean, nicely adorned, and just plain comforting, the room actually was for both business travelers and vacationing families alike. Bravo Red Lion Inn Branson! Desk staff and management was fantastic too. Even offered to make me an after hours pot of coffee, lol, gotta love it. The motel was conveniently located to anything you wanted to do in Branson. Our bed was clean. That’s the only good. The old motel needs a lot of work. Inside & out. Half of our light bulbs were out & that made the room really dark. The drain in the tub was clogged up & a bunch of stuff from the drain backed up in our tub. The stairs need some repair & better lighting. The guy that worked the breakfast was friendly but the guy who checked us in was not. It seemed that we were a bother to him & all he would say was “ we have to buses coming & they will pull in where you are parked “ We will not be staying there again. Thank you

Dear guest thank you for your review. and here at the Red Lion we Strive to have friendly front desk agents that person was jus letting you know that a bus is on its way and didn't want you to get trapped in by the bus if you parked there when they got dropped off and as far as the drain issues go if you would have called us to let us know we would have moved you to another room or fixed the issue that day. we hope that you come and stay with us again in the future.

The laundry machine wasn't working and it is a listed amenity. Breakfast was the exact same both days and bathroom amenities were a bit lacking. All ok but it's a bit below a 3 star rating. 2.5 would be more accurate

Two nights stayed. No one came to clean up while we left for the day. There was no breakfast as advertised, there was a lot of hairs on the bed and blankets wish makes me believe the room was not even cleaned and just the beds made up. No one would answer the phone when we call the front desk etc. overall, terrible. Not going there any more

And for breakfast we advertise is eggs sausage potatoes cereal milk juice and coffee, and for service our housekeeper the beds get changed on a daily basis and if you where to have needed service in your room you would just have to call or come to front desk and they would be more than happy to put you on the list for service that day.

The rooms were clean. No TV remote even after we asked for one and was told it would be taken to our room when we were gone to a show. Breakfast was not what we were expecting-oj pitcher was empty 2 of the 3 days we were there. Cereals offered were all sugar coated. Hot dishes were cold.

Nasty! Will NEVER stay here again!
The management was unorganized and it took a long time to get checked in while front desk manager tried to divide his attention between us and instructing his employees. The room smelled musty and my allergies kicked up immediately upon entering the room. The sheets on the bed looked like they’d been slept in - they were wrinkled and actually had what appeared to be crumbs down by the foot area! The toilet literally had feces smeared on the front of the bowl below the seat - disgusting!! The complementary breakfast was terrible and we didn’t even it it- we left and went to a restaurant.
