The staff was so rude… they went out of their way to make our stay miserable. The rooms were nothing like the photos online. I will not waste my money ever again staying here.

Employees were not helpful. I asked for coffee creamer 5 min later to bf time and they said its out of breakfast time, you need to buy it from outside. The housekeeping staff do not understand english and left our room for 2 straight days.

Overall - a nice stay
Hotel appeared clean. I stayed one night with my dog. I always check windows and door latches and found the room that was assigned to me didn’t allow for the window to lock. I went back and asked for a different room and was accommodated. Guy at the front desk was nice and helpful! Got a room that had the window lock.

The Comfort Inn is clean and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed talking Dan who checked us in. It’s a 10 minute drive to Pearl St and was 5 minutes away from venue where we had a gathering. Enjoyed the variety of breakfast foods. Good value.

Could use a bit more “love” The overall condition of the facility was less than ideal. The first room had a horrible smell emanating from the dresser under the television. The second room was MUCH better.
