Le personnel est très accueillant. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Le seul point négatif est le fait que cet hôtel n'a pas de piscine.

Bel hôtel
Nous avons aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très courtois. Le petit déjeuner est très excellent. De plus, nous avons aimé le fait que le stationnement était inclus.

Gregg, I apologize for any confusion with your booking. The hotel does have rooms that have 2 Full Sized beds in the room as well as rooms with 1 King Sized bed. I hope that we can better accommodate you in the future.

The hotel lobby and inside areas were really nice and well designed. However our room itself had a flickering then non-working light in the bathroom. Shower had a totally empty shampoo and the wall lights were falling off the walls. Overall stay was average. Room was clean and service a the front desk was good. I just wished more care was taken for the rooms as much as it was for the lobby and hallways.

The property is decorated in a super fun way! The room was a normal hotel room and a bit worn. If I were cleaning it, I would definitely pay more attention to the corners, surfaces, and walls. The bed was comfy and huge. I slept well and enjoyed myself.

Clean enough, seems like more effort was put into the decor and the lobby area than the cleanliness of the room. Would give this hotel another chance though. The price is reasonable and the stay was comfortable.

We booked our room on the fly after leaving another hotel just down the road (it was so filthy we could not stay). We were very pleasantly surprised by The Verve. We arrived to a loud and bustling lobby (2 bar mitzvah were going on. The bustle quoted down by 10 pm. ). The hotel was 'a delight for the senses' according to my partner. It was beautifully, carefully, playfully designed and decorated with a late 20th century pop culture theme. We enjoyed a late easy dinner in the bar, then spent 15 minutes wandering the public spaces enjoying the vibe. My only complaint is a less than stellar breakfast buffet with premade pancakes and fake eggs. Otherwise, we loved The Vibe, and will return the next time we need a hotel in the area.

Our two oldest grandchildren stayed in the room for 3 nights. The first night was Christmas Eve, and we checked them in (they are 17 and 22). Everything went well, but on Christmas night when they returned, their beds had been stripped and the desk clerk didn't answer the phone. The night watchman did. Eventually they were given another room, but this was totally unacceptable. The third night was fine. I realize that it was Christmas and there was no housekeeping, but we wondered why the beds had been stripped and nothing else was done. Please look into this. We have stayed at the Verve several times and were very surprised with what happened. Thank you, Pat & John Hargrave
