I made a reservation for 3 rooms for a one night stay. I did not receive a confirmation number, and I tried to call to confirm. There was no record of my reservations and the hotel was now sold out.I needed to scramble and book another hotel further from my venue. The day prior to my arrival date, I got emails that I could pre-check in. I called to explain and was assured that my reservations never existed and I would not be charged. I’m now getting “how was your stay?” emails for 3 rooms. Confused!!

The hotel bar and restaurant had a nice vibe, great cocktails, and even better bartenders. The lobby and rooms were what kind would expect in respect to holding up to the Marriott brand.

Nice and clean hotel with a good sized bar but they charged me $15 for parking without even telling me that there was a fee for parking. No other hotel on the south shore charges for parking.

Nice property but would not allow a late checkout of 1pm for no reason beyond no bonvoy #. Hotel was not at capacity so don’t really understand it.

The whole property in & out was very clean & organized. The staff is always courteous & friendly. I had to leave a day early, due to a pressing personal matter. The stay was great while I was there.
