I realize sometimes it can take longer, even with a pre-paid reservation, we still need to check i.d. and take a card for incidentals. I had engineering adjust the doors in your room, and check all the doors, so this will not occur again. We just finished a complete renovation. The color choices are a retro look. David, thank you for reviewing our property. I apologize that you didn't enjoy your stay. I have made a note to the engineering department about the water pressure and temperature. Generally, our housekeeping staff doesn't arrive until after 8am. With the time change on Sunday, it probably felt much earlier. We do offer an all you can eat Breakfast Buffet. It has a juice station, assorted breads, muffins, danish, bagels, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt with various toppings, eggs, potatoes, and a breakfast meat. We also offer an ala carte menu. I hope you will give us another chance.
