Très bel endroit propre et calme. Excellent déjeuner. Point a noter, c'est difficile a trouver la bonne sortie pour le stationnement mais aussitôt arrivé, aussitôt bien servi :)

Hôtel propre. très bien situé à côté de centre commercial immense Natick mall. très bon déjeuner grand variété et propre.le seul chose qui est négatif c'est un bruit bizarre on entend de temps en temps même la nuit.

Excellente adresse près de Boston
Bonne adresse pas trop chère pour visiter Boston. Excellents petits déjeuners et chambres très confortables et spacieuses pour 4 personnes. Boston est à 30 minutes à peine en voiture, très simple d'accès. Un parking à 20 dollars la journée au 55 Jersey Street dans Boston, tout près des Musées et le centre se rejoint facilement en Uber.

AU TOP ...... Malgré le Froid !!!
Petit séjour pour voir ma fille à Wellesley fin février, Hotel très bien situé à 20 mn de Boston, personnel très sympa et serviable ( sans leur aide difficile de trouver un bureau de change), petit déjeuner très copieux, un resto bar sans sortir de l'hotel (pour les fans de sports n'hésitez pas), proche d'un centre commercial ( mettez vos baskets journée shopping garantie), un peu de sport pour digérer le petit déjeuner pas de souci (appareils de fitness), petite salle d'ordinateur (utile pour confirmer ses billets) super rapport qualité prix. En tant qu'ancienne chef de réception, pour un prochain séjour à Boston je retournerai au Hampton Inn Natick sans hésitation

Raven always makes us feel as home! The whole staff is great though. We stay here 12-15x a year and never have had an issue yet going back 4 years.

I got there at 4 PM and they still didn’t have our room ready. Check-in time was 3 PM. They just told me to wait without apologizing or anything.

3 rooms booked. One had clump of hair in the tub and used towel on the floor upon arrival. Another was OUT of shampoo. Asked a staff member cleaning rooms on our floor about the shampoo, he said he didn't have any. Shampoo remained empty the length of our stay. Advised front desk about all this upon check-out, and their response was not "Oh, I apologize" , it was "How many people did you ask?". I stay at Hampton Inns with some frequency, this experience is surely at the bottom of the list.

Great property in a good location with a nice breakfast buffet. Older hotel but has had a refresh several years ago, and is clean. Skybokx Grill is a nice sports bar with live entertainment on the weekends, and good food (the Pizza was really good). Directly across from Natick Mall and close to other shopping areas. A bit tricky getting in and out of on Speen Street but overall a great place to stay.

Worst "Free" breakfast I have ever had at any hotel.. Cheesy, sadly presented, and all the foods I tried were tasteless and sub par. Lousy coffee. Prepared cooked foods we cold. Left a bad taste in my mouth literally. On the second morning I skipped it totally and went elsewhere to eat breakfast.

Happy with the stay, but I hate those low toilets apparently made for 3 foot tall people. Plus, a soft-close lid on the toilet would be appreciated.

The staff was friendly, the breakfast room had plenty of seating, the room was clean. The sheets were a bit rough and other Hampton Inns have better pillows. It was great to have the restaurant attached for dinner. Many do not have this option. We’d stay there again.

The building exterior and room interior are not up to Hampton standards. The room, while clean, has dated furniture that makes the room drab and depressing. I actually checked out after one night.

Check in was smooth, unfortunately i was put in a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. They quickly changed my room when i explained which was terrific. The hotel is dated. There is a grocery store within walking distance which is handy.
