Lors de notre séjour le 1er juillet la piscine extérieur n'était même pas encore ouverte. L'eau de la piscine intérieur était grise. Cet hôtel à clairement un problème avec l'entretien de leurs piscines. De plus, pour avoir le Wi-Fi dans la chambre il faut payer un supplément, je n'ai jamais vu ça dans un hôtel de cette grandeur. Quand nous avons pris possession de notre chambre, il restait de la nourriture des occupants précédent dan le mini frigo et la toilette était bouché. Point positif : Il servent le café gratuitement le matin dans le lobby et les lits sont confortables.

On peut trouver mieux ailleurs
Peu de services supplémentaires inclus. Pas de Wi-fi et de recharge de voiture gratuit. Pour le coût de la chambre, ceci devrait être incus. Pour le même prix ailleurs, j’aurais même pu avoir le déjeuner gratuit. La chambre était belle mais les lits creusaient où les gens dorment. Pour un maximum de confort, il faut dormir au centre et faire attention de ne pas tomber dans la partie creuse…

J'avais réservé une chambre avec deux lits queen. C'est plutôt une chambre avec un lit king et un divan-lit qui m'a été offert. Il n'y avait plus de chambre avec la configuration demandée. Ce n'est pas très intéressant pour l'autre adulte de devoir dormir sur un divan-lit...Vraiment déçu!

Un immense + pour ce Marriott.
Hotel de grande classe. Les employés sont courtois et attentif a nos moindres besoins. Le buffet déjeuner qui était offert avec la chambre était de qualité supérieur, le meilleur buffet jamais vu ou que ce soit. Le bar restaurant offre une salade césar superbe et des bières de partout.

The wedge salad we ordered was unedible. We should have given it back to kitchen. I'm not sure about cleanliness of sheets and when i 1st entered room it smelled very musty. I opened small window to air out room. Phone service was terrible at first, no one answered the phone on 3 calls. Toilet seat was loose. Everything else we loved!

not bad
The staff was very efficient and friendly. The room was way too hot and the heat would not shut off to the point we had to open the window. The bed was amazing but the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The room was clean although the lounge/couch was stained and uninviting. The refrigerator was not working although sadly we did not realize until we went to get the food out and it was spoiled. The staff did have it fixed but did not stay working.

Lovely room and was so happy I was able to book through Expedia at the last minute. Right off the highway and close to LAHEY Burlington. Love the rain shower and the coffee maker in the room!

The facility was clean. Only one elevator worked, but that was not a problem. The refrigerator in the room stopped cooling on day 2. The beds were comfortable. The staff was highly accommodating and helpful.

Everything was great. Check-in was a breeze, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, had anything you could want including Starbucks coffee.

Elevators were not functioning
Quite disappointing that there was only one functioning elevator out of three with a sold out Marriott. Otherwise it was very pleseant.
