Pillow was 1” thick but total 4. Tried to get coffee at 9:30 and attendant complained breakfast was over. Tried to pay for extra room they charge 120 plus 25 of tax when ask 2 explain they said no.

Smoking smell
I know I booked a smoking king size bed for 11/21/23. But i didnt realized that the smoke smell so strong that it gave me a bad headache. So I called the front desk for them to give me another room a non smoking room and they told me it was all full and booked and there is no cars in the parking. The smell was so strong that I had to sleep in my car even though I paid for the night. Then I asked for clean sheet and blanket and they told me no they cant give it to me. and I woke up with a alot bed bug on me. Im so upset about it I want to money back please. I know I wont be coming back to this place ever again. The service were so poor.

Dear Guest, Unfortunately, we were sold out on the night of your stay and were unable to move you to a non-smoking room. I also want to address your concerns about bed bugs. I am happy to report that we have a regular pest control contract in place, and our rooms are inspected frequently for any signs of bed bugs. Most recently, our rooms were inspected on the day you checked-out and no bed bugs were found.We are committed to providing our guests with a clean and comfortable experience.Thank you

Not happy with my room
The bed was so hard, I couldn't sleep.. the blanket had alot of stains and holes. The room to so hot in there even though I had the AC on, it was still hot.

You get what you pay for but it was not clean there was hair in the toilet and shower and dried toothpaste in the sink before we even used it but there were no bugs

Needs updated.
Sheets and blankets were stained and had burn holes in them. Mattress was rock hard, my wife and I both woke up with a sore back.

I loved the price of the rooms and the location. The beds were clean as well. The TV and WiFi was very nice. Only things I didn't like was that a giant toilet ball was left on the ceiling from a prior customer, the tub didn't drain well, and the sink leaked when you lifted it up to wash all the way. Other than that for what it is, it was an amazing bargain, well done. Just check these things as you clean the rooms.

The rooms were very beat up, dirty bedspreads, stained chairs and black bathtub. The only positive for me was that it had laminate flooring and I had dogs so I wasn’t as concerned about picking up fles
