We checked out at midnight so we could go home to get sleep. It was awfully loud. Children running the halls, doors slamming, music, and a strong smell of marijuana. The hot tub was chilly, and had one one semit working jet. It needed cleaned and chemicals added. Very unpleasant! Won't return

Very frustrated with the staff. Booked a room for my father and family, an upon arrival they did not receive the parking that is given with my level status even though I paid for everything. Exhausted from his long drive already had to search for parking for a long time.

My daughter lost her teddy bear that really meant the world to her and the friendly staff worked diligently to find it for us! I would give this place and the staff there 10/10!

Very clean hotel, pool and hot tub. Bed is a little uncomfortable but the shower is phenomenal. 15 minutes from popular dinning and activities.

I’m not sure how this property got good reviews. It’s very very outdated and dirty and falling apart.

Clean and friendly staff
This hotel was very clean and friendly service. The bathroom was a bit outdated. New shower stalls would be nice. And the toilet whistled when you flushed it. Also beeing that there was only a handfull of rooms being occupied, I would rather not have had loud people above me. Thankfully I was not there much. Otherwise my stay was nice.

Wonderfully delightful visit
This one of the nicest & cleanest hotels we have stayed in for quite some time. The staff was friendly, helpful. The breakfast was very nice and good. The staff member responsible was wonderful, keeping the area clean and the food well stocked and fresh.

All were very pleasant from check in -to kitchen -to housekeeping -comfy beds -but could use ada compliant toilet- everyone greeted us and asked if there was anything else we needed- highly recommend!

Nice stay
Room was clean and comfortable (but seemed smaller than the picture on the website.) Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Although we didn't use it, there was a pool right outside the dining area. Convenient to gas stations, fast food and other stores. Bathroom was a smaller "closet-type" bathroom with sink outside of it.

Our go to hotel when we are in town
This was our third time staying at Sleep Inn while we were in town for a festival and we enjoy the convenience and the staff. Everyone is helpful and kind, we actually used the pool and hot tub this year which was awesome. The complimentary breakfast is a great way to start our day and the beds and pillows are comfortable. We plan on attending the festival again next year and already have a room reserved.

Pool and Hot tub both out of order and nobody could give a discount seems like a shifty staff. The lady serving the food could not stop coughing and never washed her hands. If you can find another place to stay it is recommended.
