Bien que ce fut la période creuse nous avons profité d'un excellent accueil. Comme d'habitude beaucoup de prévenance et de gentillesse. D'un beau soleil et d'une température agréable Malheureusement tous les restaurants n'étaient pas ouverts. Les restaurants asiatique italien ont su suppléer agréablement à ce manque.

One of the best!
Of al my travels and hotels I stay at, this is on my very top 5 list. The entrance to the hotel is very safe and secure they monitor any taxis or cars that come in and register their information. The staff is beyond helpful and the nicest you can meet. I had unreasonable requests throughout my stay and they helped with all of them. The rooms are clean with a breathtaking view, and all that you need. The food, especially breakfast, is gourmet style and very tasty. The drinks and cocktails are very good too. And the staff will be attentive to your preferences and avoid or add them the next day. I definitely would come back here when I am in bodrum next. Thanks to all the incredible staff, especially Mr. Sami Mr. Mevlut, and Ms. Alessandra. If I were the hotel manager, I’d give every member of the staff a hefty raise :)

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Alles war perfekt. Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, vielen herzlichen Dank an Cigdem. Sie hatte uns jeden Tag am Frühstückstisch bedient. Das Hotel und die Anlage ist traumhaft. Der Strand war sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We spent 10 nights at the hotel just after it reopened for the season. The staff are delightful, so helpful and all keen to make our stay memorable. The beach is great and the sea beautifully clear, although very cold, [refreshing!] We will definitely go back soon.

Was overcharged extras for the children, despite that I had already booked as a family the two rooms on Expedia. No VIP status honored. One of the rooms bathrooms was dirty, as if cleaning staff missed to clean it.

Kempinski 'de ekim başında 5 gece
Kempinski'de Ekim'in ilk haftası 5 gece geçirdik. Deniz ve havuz'un soğuk olmasını bekliyorduk ama ikiside 24-25 derece civarlarında üşütmeden girilebiliyordu ve tertemizdi. Havuzun mimarisi çok güzeldi sadece deniz ve havuz için tekrar gelinebilir. Bunun dışında; Hizmet ve çalışanların yaklaşımı çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği gerçekten muazzamdı. Odalar beklediğimizden daha küçüktü ve eşyalar epey eskiydi, balkonundaki manzara gayet güzeldi. Banyo temizliği çok iyiydi, günlük temizlik yapılmasına rağmen eşyalardan mı bilmiyoruz yerler tozluydu, oda içini yenilemek lazım. Gayet keyifli bir tatil oldu.

It will be possibly helpful if there is young baby caring room that parents can enjoy along with other guests quiet breakfast and meals Currently there were too much baby scream and cries which wasn’t pleasant for some others At least children free dining areas like children free beach you have

Amazing hospitality , needed a change of room for medical reasons, was upgraded as similar category was not available, all the while people were with a smile , made my holiday one to remember
