Hôtel peu accueillant, pas confortable et bruyant car trop près de la route et de la voie ferrée . Décoration surannée.Chambre de petite taille. Aucun ustensile dans la cuisine, petit lit de 140, jamais vu auparavant aux États-Unis ! Seulement 2 tables et chaises près du barbecue pour l’ensemble des clients de l’hôtel. Un petit déjeuner insignifiant, pas de piscine ... Le prix, 148 euros n’était absolument pas justifié.

Hotel en bord d'autoroute et voie de chemin de fer
Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 6 personnes et à notre arrivée, nous nous sommes retrouvé avec 5 couchages (visiblement une erreur de l'hotel et non d'Expédia)! Après quelques négociations, avons réussi à obtenir une seconde chambre sans supplément. L'hotel est en bord d'autoroute et d'une voie de chemin de fer, le bruit est toujours présent dans la chambre malgré un triple vitrage. Côté sejour (canapé convertible), simple vitage, donc bruit encore plus fort... Pas de salle de petit déjeuner, juste un meuble à l'accueil avec thé, café et sachet de chocolat à reconstituer dans l'eau chaude, pommes et barres de céréales...nullissime! A éviter, dommage car le personnel est sympa et les chambres sont plutôt bien accueillantes

Bon hôtel avec cuisine ce qui est agréable pour un séjour plus long que quelques soirs, emplacement tranquille ce qui est appréciable dans ce coin de la Floride, il faut cependant être du côté du lac car sinon plus bruyant de l'autre côté puisque sur le bord de la I95.

Room smelled like marijuana, fire company came to install smoke detector in the room while I was there in the room. Asked for extra checkout- charged for an hour and housekeeping still came to knock on the door before checkout. Inconvenient because of during school studies and zoom meeting on laptop. Should be done when guests are checked out. Bad communication with admin.

To start off, the pull out couch was broken, so you could not put it away. My mother and I could not use the couch at all. Spoke to the manager and he said that he would get maintenance. No one came. One hour later, the front desk agent answered, and she said she had no one and manager left. I had to sit on stool and got a bad backache. Cockroaches everywhere. We killed about 6 and saw 4 others. Feces on wall and toilet in bathroom, and the on light is so dim that you can’t see. The windows are filthy. Train came by about every 30 minutes and it was about 30 feet from my door. Heavy footed upstairs neighbor that was stomping around at 5am. Oh, and the claim that there was breakfast is not true. They have oatmeal packets. Worth more like $50 and no where near $160. Got about 4 hours sleep as I am alight sleeper. Good things? Towels looked clean and so did sheets. Mattress was comfortable

This place is gross. The first thing I saw when pulling into the parking lot was trash everywhere. There were open bags of trash all throughout the parking lot and right outside the door of the rooms. There was a pile of trash directly outside of my room. There were used feminine pads strewn about the parking lot. I get into the room and it immediately smells like someone had been chain smoking in there. This was supposed to be a non smoking building. I went into the bathroom where there were hair shavings on the counter. The tub had some black stuff on the bottom that washed away when I turned the shower on. All the towels were stained. In the bed I felt like there might have been bed bugs I was itching all night. The other occupants were loud and ghetto. Their grab and go “breakfast” was gross too. I would never recommend this place and I wish I could get a refund.

My family and I have stayed at a few Extended Stay locations in the past, so our experience here was unexpected. The bathrooms were disgusting. The pullout sofa was old and dirty. The mattress was all box spring and unusable. When we pulled it back to put on the bedsheet pieces of it were falling off, and it looked so bad we were afraid to even touch the mattress.

The bath tub was dirty, trash in kitchen and bathroom was full upon arrival. Bathroom sick was also dirty. No pad on ironing board. Towels were soiled. No toilet paper in bathroom. Breakfast is a lie. Coffee and hot water was cold and that was the entire breakfast

The staff was pleasant but never leave the front office . The space of our suite was good for a family of four (pull out sofa), king bed and two full baths. The hotel itself is in major need of upkeep. Housekeeping is every 2 weeks. Empty your own trash and if you want clean towels you have to bring your dirty towels to the front desk and you may or may not receive clean ones in place. The pull out mattress was disgusting, stains all over. The window curtains also stained, and gum stuck to the pull out couch. The mothball odor of the room was horrible. It was likely trying to cover up the smoke smell. We had cigarette smoke coming through our vents every morning and night. The hotel staff did nothing about this. The hotel is also located next to train tracks with trains passing through multiple times every hour, day and night that shake the entire building. The heat from the front room smelled like it was burning. The heat in the main room was freezing and maintenance, after multiple calls couldn’t fix it. Worst hotel stay ever. BEWARE!!

Let's start with the good: the staff was great, helpful and friendly. The hotel from the outside looks great, the inside the room was a whole different story. The room and all of the bed linens smelled like cigarette smoke (yes, someone did try to "cover" up the odor, but that doesn't really work). The door to the room is very thin and the room needs a complete update and refresh. The room was pretty dark and dingy with linens that should have been disposed of years ago. The room was "surface" clean, but details were missed. There were hairs on the shower walls and the fan vent in the bathroom was caked with dust. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Was racing went there and asked for extra towels no answer, then was told in the morning that they don’t offer extra towels!!! Quite literally the dirtiest and worst 'hotel' i've ever stayed at. Roadside motels are better and 1/4 the price! Ants in the bathtub, roaches in the master. Carpet damp and an overwhelming smell of chemicals - as if the room smells were so bad they saturated the carpet with something else. The "Grab & Go" breakfast. 2 month EXPIRED bars, they ran out of outmeal. The second day - still nothing. Staff said "their breakfast shipment didn't arrive". There's a costco down the street. The owners clearly show they dont care. Avoid this location.

Unpleasant visit
Smoke Detector missing, lightbulb dead, broken light fixture, insects, no coffee maker, no: hairdryer/cookware/dishes/utensils, armchair damaged by pets.

Staff was helpful. Room was in disrepair. There was a hole in the bathroom door, fridge was rusty, tub was peeling, drawers could not be opened, no TV remote. Room was overpriced. We were disappointed. I would not recommend Extended Stay to anyone.
