Bel hôtel, très correct pour le prix. Grande chambre et petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Salle de sport au top ! Par contre, la chambre sentait l’humidité et pas de couette pour le lit d’appoint (simple drap).

2e séjour en 2 ans. J’aime beaucoup Embassy pour son déjeuner et 5 à 7 gratuit. Comme l’hôtel est plutôt grand, il peut y avoir beaucoup de monde au déjeuner le matin. Près de l’autoroute dans un parc d’affaires. Pas grand chose à faire sans voiture

We had a positive experience over 3 nights at this hotel. Yes, the place is dated and could use a major facelift, but the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. If you’re getting an omelette custom made, be prepared before you get in line. Remember the Soup Guy from Seinfeld? Yeah… But he made one incredible omelette! Checking in/out was easy and they were friendly enough. I would stay again.

The door handle to the sliding glass door was missing, the toilet made an awful noise. There was black mold all around the tile in the pool area. You can’t get lunch or a beverage during the day while at the pool. Nothing opens until five. The night reception was terrible. 2 drink tickets for off brand liquors. In years past it was unlimited and they always had a cocktail of the day. Just overall extremely disappointed and will not stay there again

Dog were allowed in eating area. Dogs pee on carpet floor. I love animals and have dogs but I don’t like sleeping in bed with dogs. This nice hotel should have designated rooms for people who travel with dogs. Not everyone trains their dogs. Nothing g worse than seeing animal feces on a floor

Good morning, we certainly do have designated spots for our pets along with restrictions when it comes these matters. Service animals are the only ones allowed in such areas and we do our best to keep all areas situated with pets under control. We apologize if this wasn't done and with your feedback, we will do our best to ensure we cover more basis than we've done before.

Check in was very good. The room had a handicap bathroom that got water everywhere. I asked for a blanket from the front desk that never came.

The check in process was great, except when I made the reservations, the wegbsite said there was a shuttle from the train station to the Hotel. When I called from the train station, they said the shuttle was not running. Then one employee said you were possibly within walking distance! We took a Lyft and it definitely was not within walking distance. Other than that, the say was good. We enjoyed your Happy Hour event (the bartender Eva was wonderful and very competent) and your breakfast was outstanding. The beds were also very comfortable. I would recommend the Hotel to others.

This property is old. The room had a really strong musty smell like mold, and mildew. I switched to another room and had the same issue. Needs to be updated. Carpet was dirty. Faucet in the bathroom was loose. I won’t be staying here again.

Luis at the front desk was amazing. Kind, patient and just an overall consummate professional. I really appreciate when a hotel has nice people at the front desk. Please give him a raise because he literally made my day!
