Very clean staff helpful and courteous Disappointed in the breakfast; we were told they were out of eggs and ran out of pancake mix two days in a row we had a three day stay Pool was great . Would recommend to anyone.

I arrived after midnight but the desk staff was wonderful and allowed me to have a delayed checkout so I could work in my room. The rooms are very spacious and have great wifi for free.

Super convenient to VT campus; hi-quality build (poured concrete, not wood) construction makes for VERY quiet and private rooms. Good cinnamon rolls at breakfast time!

Everything that we wanted was at this hotel. A couch, two beds, a safe, and a refrigerator and complimentary breakfast. Loved that the room had two sinks that were both outside of the shower and toilet. The staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints and would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Blacksburg multiple times. The past 3visirs I’ve been greeted by a very aloof borderline rude check in person. Not what I need after a long drive. Also, the hallway leading to my room had garbage lying about and food outside of one room. The room is always comfortable but the overall experience quite mediocre. I may go back to the previous place I’ve stayed before .

Most comfortable beds in Blacksburg!! Maid service for stay over is very limited. Did not come at all one day. Electric between beds did not work. The comfort of the beds made up for the few negatives. Overall a great stay.

The hotel was fine but my daughter slept on the sofa bed and when I went to front desk to get a pillow for her the front desk girl said she had no pillows and I said there is nowhere you can find her a pillow and she shrugged her shoulders and said we are sold out. I went to my room and at that time I was still showing hotel availability.

TV didnt work and they couldnt fix it during the stay. Another guest was given my same room #, luckily the other guest was unable to enter my room. Otherwise, clean property and friendly staff.
